I have a problem: When selecting product variations (i.e. different colors) on the main product page, the picture that is displayed with the color selected is getting blurry. Is there a solution for that? Thank you.

The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce, Please read the below-given articles:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.

And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using WooCommerce setting.

Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Presale Question – I like the theme. There are couple of queries to be clear before I made any decision. 1. Does this theme require additional woo-commerce extensions/plugins for the complete functionality of your theme? If so could you please tell which woocommerece extensions pro/premiuim version is required of Porto eCommerce site?

2. Is the theme compatible with Mail Chimp for woocommerce?

3. In product page, is the product attributes like colors/size the part of a theme or its the 3rd part plugins.

4. is “subscribe to newsletter” a 3rd party plugin in your theme, if yes then which one?

1. No, Porto WordPress does not require any Premium plugin to work, all the Theme required/recommended plugins are pre-packaged with the Theme.

2. Sorry to say that but we have not tested Mail Chimp for WooCommerce with our Theme officially, so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

4. We have used contact form for it and it is pre-packaged with our Theme, so you can use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

It does so only on the product layout page, on the other pages with the Porto theme it does not create any problems.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Please create a Block and then set the Banner under it, save changes, and quick edit the block, copy the block slug name and then go to Home Page, edit it, and Scroll below, you will finds view options and under view options, you will find Banner Type, set it as Banner Block and paste the block slug name under it as showing below:
