The issue can’t be fixed from our end because we aren’t the script authors, we contacted Lightbox developers to speed the process but we can’t name exact terms when they fixed the problem, appreciate your understanding.

I have your theme but the calendar and sermon images just stopped showing. Not sure why but I haven’t changed anything or worked on the website at all. Here is the site: https://bethanychurchmn.com If you scroll to the bottom of the home page you’ll see. As well as other areas related to sermons, etc. Those are theme elements, so I thought I’d ask.

O tema é muito bom e elegante.! Mais deixa a desejar na questao de uma Menu Sticky, Menu Fixo, e como editar as informações em geral do Menu e tambem Rodapé. Deveria ter mais rodapes, e menus para escolher e como tambem editar o Header de forma livre. No mobile o menu e rodape, deixa a desejar por esse fator. Fica a dica construtiva….

It seems as though YouTube embedded sermons are no longer coming up in the Lightbox. I’m using the embedded link (ie, https://www.youtube.com/embed/iBqLvMBdThE)...I just noticed this today. Is there something I’m missing?

To update the theme please download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as my-religion/my-religion). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “my-religion-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins in case it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated. Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

There is a whole lot of issues with this theme and anytime you have to buy support before it can be fixed. Why cant you guys resolve everything and once a we buy and without support the theme can be worked on. Sermons are not showing, Latest campaigns are not showing. The last time i complained about this. I had to buy support and you guys installed the theme and it was working and why cant i also do same . Followed the documentation yet same problem. I think i have wasted my money and time

This is a pre-purchase question. – What editor do you use? Is this theme compatible with WP Bakery or earlier? I find using the visual content editor thing counter-intuitive and very challenging.

Do you plan to update the theme anytime soon, it’s important and I’m sure many others agreed updates need to keep pace with change for many reasons.
Including but not limited to framework, speed of first time to paint, updates, patches, compatibility, refinements and so on, making the theme better for mobile as well.
I have a strong interest in your theme, but am a little concerned by the lack of updates. It’s a real downside for me as I have seen many software become abandoned and or no longer supported.
However at the same time I also do not want to see a given software or theme become bloated either, I have seen that as well. Otherwise It’s a very nice foundational theme and on my short list for considerations.
