Hello, I submitted a ticket (#2525723) over two days ago about why the global colors are not reflecting in the imported page examples. And I also had a question about how to change a background color.
While the designs are nice, I am actually finding this theme very frustrating to make simple changes you can do in other themes. And then when I search the comments on how to change the global colors in the the pages, you redirect people to submit a support ticket. Managing theme colors is a pretty basic function that should not require a support ticket to resolve.

Regarding coloring options, colors in most of the places, settings work. This is a large theme, so there might be only a few places where some settings might be missing. But color, font etc. work globally.
Now, we request customers to create ticket because many customers have other settings wronged for which color or other setting might cause trouble, whereas those settings are correct in the theme and are working for most of the customers. So we need to take a look at those specific customers.

I have created a form in Elementor with the default settings. It displays correctly on a PC but when I view it on a iphone, the last two fields (email address & message), don’t have the drop shadows. It is really strange as it previews correctly in Elementor but not on the iphone. I contacted Elementor about this and they advised that:
“the box-shadow style is coming from the Saasland WP Theme. Therefore, the issue could be related to the theme styles and the box-shadow property compatibility with iOS/safari browsers. As a workaround, I have added the following CSS code within the form widget’s custom CSS tab, as shown in the following screenshot.”
Deleting the browser cache didn’t work. It is an issue with the Saasland theme.

1. Yes, our theme is fully compatible with WPML
2. Gravity Form works will all themes that maintain WordPress coding standard. So yes, Saasland is compatible with Gravity Form.
Hi there, slider revolution doesn’t work on WordPress 5.5 version. Please update it ASAP. It was disappeared after update. Revolution needs version 6.2.18 and Essential grid 3.0.0.
We have doubled checked – Slider Rev is working fine with our latest release. Are you trying the latest version of our theme?
Also, version of Slider Revolution included in our theme is 6.2.21, it was the latest version of the plugin when we released our theme’s latest version on Aug 20. Since then they released another update which we will include in our next update, most likely in a couple of days.

I am having real issues with this theme.
The theme uses the Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin isn’t working correctly, even on the latest version (5.9.0). I have no colour pickers and now can’t edit my CSS. Disabling the ACF plugin brings back my CSS.
Also, when installing the latest version of WooCommerce (4.4.0) it is causing an error: “There has been a critical error on your website.” Disabling the plugin fixes the issue
Wordpress has advised that this is a problem with the Saasland theme. It seems to be the theme’s incompatibility with Wordpress 5.5. But since it is not possible to roll back versions on wordpress.com, I’m now stuck.

We have released a latest version today and these issues (ACF Pro, WordPress latest version issue) have been fixed.
After weeks of arguing with me that my ACF Pro issue was due to my customization and not bugs in your theme, you released an update where the only bug fixed was related to ACF. I don’t have an issue with bugs. All software has bugs. But I do have an issue with how you provide support to customers who notify you of the bugs. Deleting reviews and not providing support. This is so unprofessional and other customers have a right to know.

No, we did not remove review as we do not have authorization. Envato does that because lots of negative reviews are unfair.
So you received a negative review and contacted Envato because it is “unfair”. Why was it unfair?
Now I know why Saasland has such high reviews.

According to Envato’s licensing policy you can use one license on one website/domain. To use the theme in multiple domains you need to purchase multiple licenses.
I don’t understand why I still have you’re demo’s style (color and font) on the pages I’m creating from scratch. Also, I can’t simply change some elements (from saasland) on elementor : such as colors for events tabs, overlay color for video featured… I still have colors from the demo. Really annoying, I have to add a lot of custom CSS. Maybe I did miss something. Hope so. I write a ticket on support about it. I’d really appreciate some help, thank you very much.

We are regularly updating the theme, you can check the changelog. Also we are continuously checking if there are issues before and after each update, and if there is any issue we fix it quickly. So you can consider extending support. No pressure though, decision is yours.
NB: Even with support expired you will continue to get updates, improvements, fixes etc. in the form of each update we release.

Some third-party plugins are malfunctioning with the WordPress 5.5 version. In this case, you have to downgrade your WordPress version to an older version to fix these issues immediately. We recommend you the WP Downgrade plugin to downgrade your WordPress version.

’Saasland page options’ works perfectly upto your last version of the theme. But Now it’s coming to under the side bar. Actually now I got the reason, actually I updated the theme from Dashboard> Appearance> Themes > update. So the ACF not yet updated still ACF version is 5.8.12. But I tried a new theme copy files download from theme forest It’s 5.8.14. So the updation via Dashboard> Appearance> is not correct. It can’t support theme plugins. Then why you allowing to update the the on this way? If the supporting plugins also need to update.
But still mobile menu is not working promptly. Any idea how to fix the mobile menu issue.

Yeh. I tried this way. But ACF 5.8.14 is not yet available on third party plugin dashboard. But I download the files from themeforest, It’s bundled the ACF 5.8.14

Did you download the “Installable WordPress files only” or “All files & documentation”? Because if you try to install the .zip you get from “All files & documentation”, you will get error. Download “Installable WordPress files only” and install that as your theme.
