we offer live courses scheduled over specific times. the same course could be given by different teachers at different time slots on different days. For example, a course is offered by teacher1 on Sat, Mon, and Wed. Same course is offered by teacher 2 on Sun, Tue, Thu. Students can book the course suitable for them, and book/enroll accordingly. could this be supported by the theme?

Is there anyway i can show only purchased courses in a dashboard area and only all of the purchased courses are visible, if so how do i achieve this?

If you wish to hide the Owned section we will help you, however, if it is hidden it will be hidden from all user rights on your site. Therefore the instructor cannot view the courses created by him / her on their profile page.

I think you misunderstand me, i know on the profile page it lists all purchased courses, however i would like to display just the purchased courses (pretty similar to the grid layout) but only display the customers already purchased courses, all of them no matter if attached to a membership or an individually paid for course. This would be most helpful and look like the rest of the design, which is pretty nice, i thank you in advance.

Do you mean you want to displays a list of users who bought the courses? You can filter orders in the backend.

I’m waiting for the support reply since August 27th. Support said they need to debug my site because in front end editor Publishing and update buttons are not responding and instructors can view other instructors courses in their accounts. Pls respond!

Hi, the theme shows some icons above the membership levels in the summary of the membship tables. Is it possible to change this icons? I found only possibility to select icon (at the cousrse setup, within the memberxhip), but if I add some image, than the theme add these as background image, which not to good solution, it is hard to manage the visibility of the course info. Thank you very much!

We have set those icons in code, you need to add below CSS (Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => General => Custom CSS & JS => Custom CSS)
.lp-pmpro-membership-list .header-item.position-1{
background:url(‘[URL]’);}
then replace [URL] as the URL you want, please chose the image size smaller than 50×50px, and you should upload the icon to your website.
The position-1 is the order of the icons, you can change to 2,3,4,5,6,7 to change other icons.
There is two types of icon on your website now, the bike (default) and the helicopter (the position-2), about the default you need to add below CSS code:
.lp-pmpro-membership-list .header-item{ background: url(‘[URL]’);}
You can change all image as one image by add CSS above or change each icon by the first CSS.

I do not have any fruitful solution to your support. I tested most of the popular cache plugins but none of them works correctly with your theme and plugins. They cause lot of problems to your theme and plugins. My users experience lot of problems which is really frustrating for me. I have to work days and nights fixing things. I am also planning to buy new license or extend support but your support is not good. Your support response is slow and and most of the time the real problem is not solved. Please check this topic.

Hello,
when checking my database using Eduma, I noticed one there is an item with a lot of space that is “wpfj_learnpress_sessions”, which is consuming 37MB of the database.
What I would like to know is how to reduce this, or if just deleting the entries, could it solve the problem? Is it safe to delete entries for this specific item?

Hello, I just bought your template (WordPress Education Theme | Eduma). Everything is fine. Everything is installed. But lo and behold, I encountered trying to customize the site with WPbakery it shows up but can’t change anything. It doesn’t work at all. What should I do ?????? And if I took your template, it is because it gathered everything we needed and especially WPbakery which is really a tool to customize an incredible site.
