Is the theme also compatible with Elementor?
Hi, The theme is compatible with elementor if you deactivate ajax page loading. Also we don’t provide elementor templates with it. All our templates for this theme are designed with WPBakery Editor

If you mean a portfolio for your music, yes, you can create unlimited numbers of music/playlist catalog classified by categories…We recommend using Essential Grid for this which comes with our theme. And yes, you can create multiple blog posts!

Hi Talha, Yes you can sell music. Soundrise is compatible with woocommerce. The woocommerce is not included in the theme core, but it is a free plugin very easy to install.

I have an issue that the ACF plugin seems to be embedded in the theme. The current version is: Advanced Custom Fields 4.4.11. I need to update this to version 5.8.12 in order to use WP All Import. Would it be possible to advise on how this can be updated?

Unfortunately, we only support ACF 4 for now but its in our plan to update it for ACF 5. We have added it to our roadmap. if we receive more user request, we will bump this into our priority.

how do you activate the upsell option for the woocommerce settings for the soundrise theme?

I dont know what you mean by upsell exactly option. If those option is not provided on the regular woocommerce plugin, many third part plugins extend woocommerce.

I’m a loyal fan. I first bought the Ironband theme for my main site and still use it. And I bought soundrise in the last year or so, but just now working on it. LOVE IT. There are alot of plugins so I don’t know how that will affect the page loading when I’m done, but right I’m working on my local computer (host) and just loving it. I do have a question though. If I want to move the ‘add to cart’ buy button up, closer to the price on the product single page where is the code to add that functionality on that page? I also want to to add the “TABBED” function for product description, formats, and video on the product (woo commerce page).

Soundrise woocommerce pages are only modified a bit by some custom css codes. You can use your own css if you want to customize those pages. We dont provide those kind of customization.

Pre-purchase questions:
1) Is it possible that a user can download the free albums as a .zip folder so they don’t have to download the tracks individually? 2) Is there an option for login/register? 3) Is it possible to make it mandatory that the user must be signed in before downloading the tracks? 4) Can we bulk upload tracks instead of uploading them one by one to an album? 5) Can we offer credit based subscription model to customers where they’re limited by number of albums in their download list based on the plan selected?

Hi Shafa, 1) Yes we can download album in a zip file. 2) No options is available to manage users, but you can install a third part plugin. 3) Once again, this is something you have to manage with third part plugins. Soundrise doesnt offert this feature. 4) You have to upload track one per one.

First you need to have a audioplayer in the page content. If you have remove it. The footer player will not appears. The footerplayer appears when we click on play. The “ajax contiuous player” option has to be enable. You can find this option to wp-admin>soundrise>general setting. Ok, thanks for the info. I have obviously removed the player from the frontpage. I quess it was done by shortcode. There is no mention about this functionality in your documentation so it’s difficult to figure out how it was done earlier

The essential grid plugin doesn’t show the post image anymore on the homepage. I updated all plugins and theme and even deleted soundrise music, essential grid and added those back.

this theme takes an eternity to load…. and i have 1gb per second speed…. i set everything up and then all of the sudden the content doesnt display on the homepage.. when its done nothing shows on certain sections ... i need some help!!!!!
