Having a few issues, one is that WPBakery Page Builder is not up-to-date and now it wont let me update the main page with the builder.
Also, the site as stopped posting the updates I made. I can see the recent blog post and additions when logged into the site. But can’t see them when logged out. No one else can see them either. Not sure what has suddenly happened. Please help!
Got the WPBakery to update .. but the site still isn’t updating with my latest content. I have tried several times to make a ticket over at your forums, but it keeps giving me an error every time I enter my token. It wont allow me to make a ticket

Hello. We managed to translate the buttons but I need to translate correctly all the pages of Custom Post Type: Product (Service) and that they have their corresponding flags. Right now we do not get the option to translate in the product-service pages. Thanks

I’ve had no end of issues with this theme! The import has been so buggy and full of glitches that I’ve had to rebuild the temp domain – now it says it’s already activated elsewhere.
So far, nothing but issues!!!!

At first I was very excited about Boldman theme, everything worked fine and the theme was very comfortable for working with. But then we had some bugs and theme errors. I tried to reach the support team and they are totally unresponsive. I have 2 opened issues for resolve, tickets are opened for 14 days, and still haven’t received any solutions or answers from the team. Was my last shot for writing here, while I was very satisfied, but without support we can not even finish our site.

Quick pre-sales question. The demo sites are running a little slow. There appears to be a short lag between moving pages. Do you know why this is?

We are using standard code structure so our theme is quite fast to load. Also we are following all SEO rules so the code is quite clear and filtered. Our site is slow shown in some measurements. That is because we are using high quality graphics which are required for our theme view. So some images are bigger than 100kb limit and this make our site slow. But we like to preset high quality images so we are not very strong on this.
