Also do you have documentation on how to create the delimitation for each floor?

Please note that the native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well, but WPBakery is not included within the theme and you will need to purchase it on your side.

Do all the variations of the theme use the Revolution Slider? Or are there options which use Elementor or something else? Also, do you have a money back guarantee if the site doesn’t work for our needs?

Revolution Slider is included and it serves for the creation of your sliders. When it comes to page builders, the theme can be used with WPBakery as well.
Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well, however you will need to build your own content with WPBakery.

Hi. Can you tell me, please, does this theme support WP MultiSite? (It is our preference to use subdomains for different languages, e.g. fr.mysite.com, de.mysite.com, etc).

Our theme is compatible with WPML plugin and Polylang has not been tested, though some of our customers have reported that it is working fine. The theme is as well compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Q1. In Demo i didn’t see the Theme Colour Options like other Themes offer to switch the Colours on the Fly to match ones Branding.

I thought this was build around telementor? The theme disables the theme builder in Elementor limiting header, footer options only to the theme. This is so limiting and not the way it was mentioned. Please refund my money.
