Is there a possibility to randomly sort images in a gallery? The documentation just states “select sorting option you want to use” but not which options exist.
I another comment you state “we are working on the new version of theme which will use Elementor page builder.” Can you tell me if this will be an update of this theme or a new/seperate one ?

You can change sorting option to random via Appearance > Gallery > Gallery Images Sorting and select “By Random”.

Yes of course you can do that. You can create a client galleries section so you can clients can open their private galleries and download assets from there.
Hi, My support is expired, but for a while content builder isn’t working properly. I cannot fill in the detailed specs when adding a blog to the page or another text frame etc. Everything comes undefined on the site and pictures/ posts aren’t visible. I really want to insert the blog on my home page but not possible.
Same problem with all content builder options… Doesn’t want to take changes if I put everything in, title, text, picture… After saving all comes back to undefined.
Otherwise, nice to work with…

I update to latest version. I can enter specs. But. I entered Blog on my home page https://kolibreeze.be/wp-kolibreeze/ and the space is visually empty. When you go over with your mouse you see that there is something because the arrow changes in a hand, but visually you see nothing. Empty space. The blog space is below NIEUWTJES on my site.

I’ve checked at my work and saw that it works so at home I’ve retried my browsers and nothing to see. Then I’ve tried another browser ‘BRAVE’ where I didn’t visited the site yet and there it worked. So no I’ve emptied all caches from every browser and it works..

So, my support is expired, but my sites were working fine, but now I can’t see some of my galleries, or blog page, and text is coming up as undefined. I have three sites with this theme and all have the same issue. I tried to add new galleries, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve went through all my plugins, but that doesn’t help. I can see that many people are having the same issue. How can I get this remedied without paying for more support? Thank you!

I have this theme installed on Wordpress.com hosting. Everything was going fine until the update with the WordPress editor they moved to. Now I can’t do anything in the theme builder editor. Its like everything is disabled. I was thinking the theme needed to be reinstalled so I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now Wordpress.com hostingis saying the theme is retired and won’t let me reinstall it. Is yout theme updated for the new wordpress editor?

Hi Sorry for the late reply. The issue fixed itself after installing a different theme and then reinstalling the photography theme. It seems to be an issue with how Wordpress.com Hosting handles post writing and how the theme wants to handle post writing. The content builder for pages gets turned off without any way to turn it back on.
But it seems with the very last update the issue was fixed. I haven’t had the issue since.

After updating theme to 4.3 lot of things got broken at my site. I managed to resolve most of them but I still have 2 of them left.
1. I cannot change logo… when I go to Customizing/Logo & Favicon and when I click on select file (or remove file) nothing happens.
2. I cannot remove Search line from mobile menu

After the update of theme and several plugins, as well as PHP and wordpress version update.
The following DO NOT WORK . 1. Instagram feed using the Meks instagram (prompts an error message
“Something went wrong, please try authorization again! Note: be sure you have allowed correct Business Instagram account and Facebook Page connected to tha account on Facebook authorization window. Only select one Page that is connected to your Business Instagram Account!”
