all said i need to verify my email address however no emails were ever sent and i checked my junk folder and even whitelisted the domain to allow your emails through with no luck… I then jumped on here 3 days ago and asked for support also and your right the support request has been deleted!

The countdown feature is outdated. It lets me only select dates until the end of 2020, but I urgently need to put a countdown for a date in 2021 on my website.

Hi,
Is it possible to adjust the breakpoint at where the burger menu replaces the normal text bar menu? I have a wide text menu, and the logo overlaps the menu text below 1200px wide. The burger menu seems to appear at 1000px but I’d like it to appear at 1200px. Thanks.

I need the logo size to be bigger. I have doubled he size of the logo and it makes no difference. I have changed the size of the header and the logo stays the same size. If the logo is wider than the default logo, the theme makes the logo too small. I need the option make the logo bigger than what is happening by default.

In our Select Options > Social you can Enable Social Share, as well choose where to Show Social Share On.

Just updated Pitch theme to version 3.4 (WordPress 5.5.1) and Blog page doesn’t work any more. Blog page appear empty (no posts) and hangs the entire site. Please help me!
Restored last web site backup, made imediately before updating Pitch theme from version 3.3 to to version 3.4 (WordPress 5.5.1) and the site and Blog page work well.

I’ve just tested from 3 different computers: if I go from Home page to Blog page, it appears empty (no posts) and then hangs the navigation in the entire website. If I restore the website backup at v 3.3 it works properly again.

I had to re-install my theme multiple times because of an font error. Yesterday and today i’ve activated my licence succesfully. After re-installing again, my licence key doesnt work anymore. I cant activate the theme, i’m getting the “error that the licence is used for another domain”. Since my support is expired, i cant use your support-system as well. WP Bakery Builder is not working after installing from the themes plugin folder, it wants to be activated, on their website it says I now need to pay $45 for a license.
On your theme description it says “WPBakery Page Builder for WordPress included ($46 value)”

Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Please check your logo image size that you have uploaded so for example in case the logo size on your website would be 100×100px, just upload the logo with the size of 200×200px.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.

Top header area bugs my website when enabled, the widget area works on top header but it ruins many other components of the site. Once it’s disabled the website returns to normal. Is this a known bug?
