I am a new administrator of a site that I inherited after the previous administrator abandoned the customer.

There is a staff listing page where I have added new staff members. I have noticed that there is an order field, but the members are not listed in that order. The are listed in reverse published date order, i.e. the latest added one is listed first and the last in the list is the first added member. This forces me to fiddle with published dates in order to have the wanted order. Where is a setting that I can make it list the members by that order field?

I am having a challenge with the homepage slider. I have added many images but the size doesn’t fit correctly. It fits on one device and then when I move to a table or a wider screen the homepage image is too large and cuts off the page.

My questions are:

What should the image size be for the sliders?

How do I get the image to be responsive to all major devices?

Hi, The Essential Grid no loner works. I tried to add the code, but is is not taking it. Please advise how I can update to the latest version.

I have updated WP to 5.5.1 and theme to 3.1.11 and upgraded all plugins – now there is a problem with Rev Slider and Essential Grid – saying that they need newer versions before you can edit and save them. Are you going to sending out a new update to theme with updates to these two plugins with a fix to this?

The theme looks different on Chrome to what it does on Firefox. Under the Enrolment section on the homepage, it’s blank on Chrome, but not on Firefox for me. Also, the spacing on Chrome is slightly cramped compared to Firefox. Any ideas why this is happening?
