Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

The StartNext Toolkit plugin is failing. Please let me know asap how to fix it or should we look at refunding?

I am trying to use your modal video element, but when i add a video link, which has been added to the media directory on the website, when clicking on the play icon, the video prompt to be downloaded instead of auto play. I tried to use a youtube link, but i got a forbidden to open error. Can you please assist with this?

Suddenly, the element “Our recent works” (homepage bottom) stopped working well and it now shows some white pictures instead the project’s picture. Nothing changed to the element’s settings. Can you please assist with this?

Hi i purchased your theme it’s really nice. I have main two problems.

1.I want two languages so i used polylang plugin it’s working but only the string translation is not working for this theme.

2.I want to stick the menu permanent now when i scroll down menu will hide again when i try to scroll up menu appear. I tried one pluging but when i used the plugin menu is stick but both side white border is coming(not full width) from both sides
