Hi there, can you gelp on something. In the product page when i click on the product image the image slideshow ( photoswipe ) opens correctly, as soon as i click on the close, outside the image or scroll, the slider desapears ok…. but the pswp—open class doesn’t fet removed, making it impossible do click anything on the product.
Can you hemp on this matter ?

As we checked, you copy the file script.js of the Sober theme to your child theme. It may conflict with the Sober theme and cause this issue. Please try to activate the Sober theme to test the problem. If it is solved, it means the problem comes from your child theme.
BTW, you shouldn’t copy all JS code from the Sober theme to the child theme. JS doesn’t work in this way. It is more complex to modify JS scripts. You should hire a developer to help you if you want to modify JS.

You don’t need to purchase any extra plugins. We included Revolution Slider and WPBakery Page Builder plugins in this theme.
But if you want to setup multiple languages on your website, you need to purchase the WPML plugin. This plugin is not included in the theme.

This problem relates to the Easypay gateway plugin. But you should disable the debug mode on your website. Without the debug mode, this notice will be removed and your website will work properly.

The theme is updated to latest version, also wordpress and all plugins, except for Visual Composer, it seems you haven’t updated to the latest version.

I did that, everything is up to date now, wordpress, theme, plugins… However the issue still persists. Before, when I used a Visual Composer gallery and then clicked an image, it would display prettyphoto lightbox gallery of all images embedded on that page.
Now, each image links to the file URL. See example: https://mainsdevapeur.com/lightness-of-being/We tested on our website, this problem doesn’t happen.
On your website, we can see another plugin for prettyPhoto. It may conflicts with WPBakery Page Builder’s script. Please try deactivate other plugins, just keep this plugin activated to test the problem again. Then reactivate plugins one by one to find what plugin cause this problem.

But I don’t see the promised on disabled URL changing in load more and infinite scroll that I have file this issues on June 9, 2020 in your beloved Support ticket system.
Which I did mentioned on June 9, 2020 I am using Infinite load for my shop page and when I scroll to the next page it will show page 2. I get into one of the item in Page 2 and when I click go back button on my browser and all the page 1 item are gone. This could be a bad experience for my customers when they surfing the product. Can I disabled the URL changing?
As what your dev team is replied on June 13, 2020 Hello, In the Sober theme, we don’t have the option to disable URL changing. At this moment, it is fixed in the code and we can’t change it. We will try to add a new option for it it (similar to the Konte theme) in coming updates. Thank you
I have been waited this update since June 9 until Sept 13, checked the latest comment frequently and most of the time you guys had mention “Latest update is going to release in few day”. I understood to release a latest update might need a lot of workload on different testing. But through out this long time to wait for this new features, I am very disappointed on this result.
So do that mean, in the 6 month of the support available, you guy may need more than 3 month to release a update, and in the period of waiting and causes my support expired. Next issues found in latest version, do I still need to pay another fees to get this support again? Don’t you think this is a perfect support ticket systems for your buyers who facing different issues in latest version that had causes in the developing process but the risk is taken by your buyer.

You can change to use Elementor from version 3.0.0 without losing theme’s options. But you have to create pages again with Elementor. For example, you have to re-create the homepage, about, contact, etc.
