the direct dashboard updating was introduced in a later update. In order to update manually, please open your download area here at theme forest and re download the item. It will automatically contain the latest version.

Its throwing multiple JavaScript error causing your issue. Please check for a plugin update.
In the meantime to address the issue, we installed: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Which does fix the issue with the plugin temporary.

How do I open a ticket through support desk. At the moment I only see a message board, and all links on message board only forward me to another message board.
