Hello I would love to purchase this theme right away but first ild love to find out if it allows monetizing such that you can pay before streaming or downloading the artist’s songs on the website and also probably donate to the artists song after listening does it support that function ?

This is not really a theme support topic sir… Imagine we sell wall paint and you ask us how to make money with a shop using our wall paint 
Am not sure i get what u meant there but is that a Yes or No so i can go ahead and look for a theme that does the functions i need. So ill ask again does the theme allow me to integrate woocommerce so that listeners can pay with their cards or PayPal to stream or download the song without having to link to another site by clicking the cart icon seen on the demo ?
I’ll try to be more specific, sorry. What I meant is that there are unlimited options for selling product on WooCommerce but we can’t suggest it for you. You cans sell easily digital products.
1) you can make a shop and sell albums or downloadable music with the theme
2) there is no such thing as pay to listen function
3) I’d also suggest to have a look at our theme called kentha that has more integrations for selling music, also single tracks, for instance royalty free music or anything else
4) Those solutions are based on woocommerce
5) You can set WooCommerce products as downloadable products in MP3 or ZIP files, with all of our themes
On Kentha is WAY much easier than Vice, and there are tons of widgets for Elementor and WooCommerce.

Hello! I’m sorry i don’t have a live demo for the shop part right now, the implementation is very basic though: is with the Vice menu and background and the WooCommerce normal design in the contents.

Hello, it means that you are probably on a new or temporary domain which its DNS not propagated yet. What is the url?
Also, if you check the documentation, you’ll find instructions and link to manually install the plugin, if your domain is still blocked.

Indeed is very strange as the official documentation from Chrome and Firefox says it shouldn’t… Also, if you manually allowed the insecure connection, it can work only on that computer.
You can for instance try other browsers to make sure it works for everybody.
As you have many radios, anyway, I would leave the site in http unless all of them have an HTTPS link.

Hello, it doesn’t display song titles (for now) while quite some people asked for this feature, so it’s gonna be added soon. I can’t provide a specific date for this feature, but the radio channels are already integrated with the product. You just need the mp3 or aac stream to be public (not password protected). I don’t know it depends on which template you want to change it… the default is
return 20;
If doesn’t work, you may wanna change one of the others. I’m sorry but code customizations are not part of the service, because a theme is a complex system with a high level of entropy, so internal fucntions are not really ment to be edited, ans you may need to read the code of the specific template you want to edit to know which excerpt lenght is required.
There is a specific function for each template, so you may easily change or oferride it once you know the template you want to change.
I am working on this theme for a client. Elementor is presenting a number of problems for us. I also have two bug fixes which should be fixed:
Bug Fixes
1. On line 36 of vice/sharepage-top.php, you have the following line: $twitter_url = $optarray[‘QT_twitter’];
Unfortunately, $optarray is not declared, leading to an error. The fix is to add global $optarray; as a preceding line. I suspect most people don’t see the error because when WP is not in debug mode, it doesn’t show PHP errors.
2. If you add the recent playlist to the lateral sidebar widget, it changes the titles on the pages to the most recent releases. This is fixed by removing the widget.
The core problem with that is the widget is changing the wp_post() variable, which is leading the page to think the “title” of the post is the most recent release.

Elementor
I have been helping a client with the site https://shadezentertainment.co.uk
He’s built the majority of it in elementor (I hate both elementor and divi but it is what it is). The problem we have is that when loaded on certain machines (Mac/iOS mostly), various elements do not show.
We have narrowed the problem down to this theme (any version not just dark) – it seems to becoming back with “elementor is undefined” errors. I’ve tried recreating the pages, changing some of the core code, removing all plugins, changing the page template and several other methods, all with the same result.
Do you have anything you can add to what we’re doing? The page we’ve been testing has been https://www.shadezentertainment.co.uk/video-production-services/ – it works fine on Windows, but as soon as you switch to other systems, it starts not showing properly.

About the second issue, the error Elementor Undefined, I just checked the website and there are 2 issues in the console. One is a minor 404 error from CSS.
Another is a relevant JS error caused by a third party plugin.
As js is procedural, the issues may be interconnected, which doesn’t mean I don’t want to investigate further on this, but I’d suggest checking this as starting point.

As I never experienced the issue you mention, further steps are required to identify the source of it, and fix it.

Thank you. I had a look at any step of the js issue and the error is generated from that plugin itself. Some plugins are not built with a canonical mindset and they can cause compatibility issues with certain themes or hosting settings.

why does the youtube icon link on the them audio player on your demo of the theme send me to a soundcloud page ? it happens on your demo and on my copy of the theme !! yet when i go to customise the theme, there is no section in the socials for a youtube channel for me to put a youtube address this is massive oversight and is a problem as my client notice this and i have no way of fixing this !!

Hello, in mobile there is no such option. You can instead put the cart widget in the off canvas sidebar so the cart is always there.

Hello, another customer reported this issue, but it seems to be caused by Elementor and not by the theme, so actually is not something we can fix. The issue is depending mostly on the specific computer where the site is running, if the video memory is low then this issue may happen, but resizing a bit more fixes the problem.

Hello, 503 is Service Unavailable. Please make sure you are on PHP 7.3 and please disable any plugin that is nor provided with the theme. Also please make sure you are in a linux server as wp 5.5 has issues on windows servers.
