Hi, sorry for the delay. We would recommend to install a dev instance with TheGem Elementor and use it to rebuild your WPBakery content with Elementor. As you have seen in “frequently asked questions”: “WPBakery and Elementor are not compatible with each other. WPBakery uses the shortcode principle, Elementor not. So there are no automation tools to migrate. The only way is to make it manually. “
Hey, I looked through your “knowledge base” on your support site and could not find the answer I needed. I want to move the activated license from one site to another. Can this be done? I deleted it already from the one website, but the other site will not allow me to activate. Don’t need support, just an answer. If I can’t switch sites, that is fine, going to get a new theme. Other developers allow a switch if needed, hence the question. Thanks.

The footer uses your Elementor “Footer – Logo+Text (Demo)”, and when I edit the template with Elementor, only the footer elements are editable, and that annoying call to action in uneditable. Please tell me where to kill it.

Thank you. That was it. Now I’m having another problem. It seems your theme is not letting other plugins’ menu items options to appear (it’s hogging the menu options). I’m trying to show certain menu items only to logged in users and no matter which plugin I install for that purpose, the menu item (in appearance/menus) stays the same. I’ve tried Ultimate Member, If Menu, Nav Menu Roles, Menu Item Visibility Controls and many more. Please let me know how to bypass this because it’s not cool if The Gem completely disregards all other plugins regarding the menu, it’s a major functionality disability for such a popular theme.

Hi Slider Revolution don’t work anymore and plugins on front page https://londonclassy.com/ if I have license for this template but it looks you made it in such a way that things on is expiring but you requiring payments for support to be done? Hi, please update TheGem and all its plugins (incl. Revolution Slider) to the latest versions. Also, remove ZillaLikes plugin and re-install it from the recommended plugins list. And all will be fine.
Did updated everything but ZillaLikes must be deactivated in order to see the slider revolution banner, after update WPBakery Page Builder do not activate as it causing fatal error : Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
