Is there any update coming for this theme?
The latest versions of Wordpress seem to have conflicts with this theme and its included plugins? Namely WPBakery Page Builder which no longer seems to work?

It asks me for this (activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder). please i need help urgently

Please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I’ve asked before here if I could update woocommerce and was told yes but the site crashed when I tried it on staging.
Tried to open a ticket about this but my support has expired. Can you help me fix this issue?

Hello, I am nervous when buying the theme since I see that it is about to be a year without updating and I fear that it is not compatible with new versions of wordpress or wocommerce, what assurance do they give me that the theme will be updated soon?

Hi, you last updated the theme in August 2019. There are woocommerce theme files which are out of date. This is causing display issues on the product page. The product tabs have lost their styling and look really ugly.
ultima/woocommerce/content-product.php, ultima/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.0.0, ultima/product-searchform.php, ultima/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php version 2.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.8.0
Can you please update these files in the theme so it’s compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce? Thanks

Hi Select Team, I had purchased Ultima theme, I’m not sure why when I use portfolio list function with “square” format for the project featured photos, they do not show as squares, they’re just showing original vertical or horizontal. And this also does not work doesn’t matter i i choose landscape or somthing else. Please help! Many Thanks!

We tested this in our local installation, and this option is working fine on our behalf https://prnt.sc/qu3fnd. Note that our images are saved in following dimensions – 800×600px. Maybe the different proportion of the images is causing this.
Try to upload images in these dimensions and test image proportion option again.
Regarding the portfolio item pagination, navigate to Select Options > Portfolio and check if everything is enabled https://prnt.sc/qu3h5t.

Hi Select Team, Thanks for quick respond! The portfolio setting was set correct (show Pagination and Enable/show to sort through same category), not working, that’s why not sure what’s not working. As for portfolio featured imgs, I will save imgs individually and see. Will let you know. THANKS again!

We tested option to enable navigation through same category, and indeed, it’s not displaying on portfolio items.
We forwarded this to our dev team, and hopefully we will include fix for this in our next theme update.

I re-saved the featured images to 800×800 that fixed it. But as you know the function should be cropping/saving the images automatically regardless of original dimension… Maybe you can still look into it… Let me know when you have the portfolio prev/next >s fixed.

Checking you website I can’t seem to recreate the issue with your dropdown navigation. However, I can suggest you clear your cache and check if possible you have some 3rd party plugins active which you can disable to test if they possible are in conflict with the theme.
