Hi, it seems that the theme is not compatible with certain extensions which changes the layout of the one page checkout form.We use Amasty delivery date extension however the delivery date section does not appear in one page checkout. Please can you change the code so that it is more compatible?

Hi, just tested and there are 2 problems:
1. When Opcheckout and One Page Checkout enabled, address and phone fields are missing. Order cannot be placed due to lack of required info.
2. When Opcheckout disabled and One Page Checkout enabled, delivery date and time fields from Amasty extension are not sent to backend (empty output) despite input at checkout.
I think there are serious problem with how the checkout page handles tex fields, sections added by other extensions and errors with inputs being processed as empty.
I understand this is a relatively new theme but please can you look into this urgently as most users will end up using this template with other checkout extensions, and there seem to be a high chance of compatibility issues at the checkout stage which renders the theme useless.

Yes the latest version was installed, checkout fields from Amasty are showing but new problem now exists.

Hi This is no doubt a good theme. But, there are some improvemens needed. 1. Login : The login in the One Page checkeout has the ajax login, register, forget password all option in a single popup which is very nice. The same to be integrated to all login links. Currently, the top link takes to regular magento login page and side tool bars open a different popup login which is not good for customer experience. 2. The layered navigation pagination is not ajax. Also, it is not possible to select multiple filter. 3. There should be an option in the theme settings to add some additional css. 4. For the custom menu there should be an option to add some css class.

Hi,
We bought your theme, but can;t get it to work. We work a lot with Magento 2 and themes, but this is the first time we ran into this issue.
We first tried to install the Quickstart package. After we setup evertything accordingly, we tried to load both the frontend and Backend, but both gave a “502 Bad Gateway Nginx” error. We tried several tjhings, but could not get it fixed.
We then tried to install a fresh M2 2.3.5P1 installation and this works fine. But as soon as we copy the theme files and try to load again, we again get the same error.
So it seems something in your theme files is causing this error. Could you let us know what we can do to get this fixed?

Really? I have given you admin access, ftp access, SSH access. I have been waiting since last week for support. My advice is get a ticketing system with faster support as so far the theme is nice but the support is lacking compared to other providers.

No, you have just replied to an email from May! This is why you must have a ticketing system. I sent an email on 10/072020 10:08 GMT, another at 10:44 GMT, you replied on same day at 14:55 GMT and then i sent follow up yesterday at 9:38am GMT.
