What is the meaning of this error? “Sorry, there has been an error. Missing import file ID from request.” I tried importing the dark edition demo.

are you running the most recent theme version, it should be 4.9.5.6? Also, which demo do you mean exactly? Sorry, there has been an error. Missing import file ID from request only happens if you make a page refresh once the installer is running.

regarding HERO IMAGE – I upload the hero image and NOTHING shows up – I am using the correct size – I am playing with every setting and still all i see is black – when I was using the hero slider I did not have this problem – PLEASE advise.

Hey my support is expired but i do not want to pay 41 usds just to know how to enable menu (Fixed) when revolution slider is set in Hero Type Custom Short Code. Also thats missing on documentation, no info on this. Thanks in advance. when I enable the hero type custom code the menu is gone appears just on scroll, i change menu tu fixed, but that way the menu is gone at all.

thanks for the link. You need to check Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation > Colors > Always show header and navigation. Note, that this global and can be overwritten per page, means if the global option does not work, check Brooklyn Metapanel below the editor.

It seems like the backend of the theme is not working like it was before. In the past when I clicked on Backend Editor I saw a structure of blocks that I could fill with options, but now I only see lines of code. I already have the most recent version installed so I don’t know what’s wrong. Please help

in this case you should try to upload the theme via FTP.
Open your FTP client and move to your WordPress installation path. Drag&Drop the brooklyn folder into the following path:
wp-content/themes/
Now go to your Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and activate the theme.

are you running the most recent theme version? Its 4.9.5.6, if not please make a backup of your current site and then perform an update. Do not forget to clear plugin caches and browser caches afterwards.

Is there a way to show more than three categories on the homepage? Even though I have seven different categories, only “ALL” and then three other categories are being shown.

Yes, that seemed to work for a short time. But I’ve since added a portfolio item in five other categories and only two of them are showing. When I click on the only other category showing, then only four show.

I haven’t had any luck with the menus. I’m trying to create multiple portfolio page links under my “Designs” menu link. Is there some documentation on how to edit the current pages to become portfolio pages? Or create a new portfolio page and make it a sub-item?

Good evening kind sir. So of course I’m having the same issue as a lot of customers on here. I uploaded a logo about 2500×376, but it is showing to small. I changed the max height as well as added
.site-logo img { max-height: inherit; }

How do I get the font that’s showing over the portfolio pictures for demo 45 onto my freshly installed demo on WP? The fonts aren’t the same.
