Hey – please reference OfficialZuse.com. I did this website a year or two ago. I don’t know if it’s the browser or the wordpress update but the front page only works in preview. So the slider with the sound no longer works – the animated hover no longer works… what should I do. I also can’t find which i account i had where I even bought this so how would i handle that?

Good morning, I bought the Musico theme some time ago, I also bought Elementor Pro to have more features but there were several problems.
- I made a backup of everything - I have updated Wordpress to the latest version and all plugins; - I installed with Elementor Pro license code - After these steps most elements of the original theme were no longer working; - So I uninstalled Elementor Pro, did a backup restore, and everything went back to normal.
My question is, since I received an email with the updated Musico theme, if I install this update on my site will it all break again? Also, is this update compatible with the latest version of Wordpress or can I install it on the previous version?
Also I can’t tell if it is with Elementor Pro or the latest version of Wordpress that my site is not working. Thanks

Hi there. I have purcahsed your Musico theme, which I love. But I really would have loved to import a Slider Option, but I don’t see that option anywhere. I also never saw a ‘Musico for Elementor’ Plugin when activating the plugins. I went in to the folder on my computer, and tried uploading that .zip file directly, but it failed because apparently it’s already there. But I’m not sure if I have that option? In order to have any slides, Elementor recommends that I purchase their PRO option. Have I done something wrong? How do I go about importing a Slider option from Musico’s demos?

There is no need to purchase Elementor pro version since we are using basic Elementor version to create all demo pages too.
You can install “Musico for Elementor” plugin from Appearance > Install Plugins. Then after you activating the plugin. You should be able to use all theme’s slider widgets on Elementor page builder.
Hi ThemeGoods, thank you for responding. I have sent a Support Ticket concerning the theme’s import issue. I have no menu at all anymore, and I was not able to fully import the demo, which I would have liked to have done. I installed theme to my old Wordpress site and it worked beautifully and imported the demo seamlessly without interference to the menu or images.
But with the website I purchased the theme for, the menu is expanded and taking over the whole page (this is on some pages), on the main home, however, there is no menu at all, nor logo. It’s really strange but I am not sure what to do.
I would like to start afresh and import the demo fully so that I can tweak around it.
