I have not used this theme before. I also have not used Elementor page builder. I have some questions:

1. If you look at the home page, I have added some Elementor section but I have spent hours trying to get the content within section to be the same height. Can you provide some guidance

1. There are more than 20 custom WooCommerce and post modules in Elementor. Try them and find best for you
2. You cant expect to have unique functionality of theme in custom product layouts of Elementor. Please, use theme’s product layouts. 1. Add to review button is not active 2. The product review section does not display star or option to review the product. It just display a comment form.

One more problem with product review. I just added my reviews. On the front page, it displays Expert Score which is okay. Theme is working as expected. If you buy a car – you can’t expect that it will swim, you can expect that you can drive on it.
If you use dynamic comparison – you can’t expect that it will work for listing. I already wrote to you that you must remove this page from menu and never share it to users. Users should never visit this page directly from menu, You already confirmed that dynamic comparison is working in the way which it should be used

Theme has support for custom header, footer, but only if you do this properly and use theme’s functions. We are not able to support features of theme on your site if you simply replace them with third party functions from custom plugin.

Wordpress has no “main category” feature. This option is from your custom seo plugin and it doesn’t affect wordpress or woocommerce breadcrumbs

Seems like disabling default font does not work with the piece of code mentioned in this article.

It was fine before but seems like the theme update removed that option. I understand my support is ended but appreciate if you can help me on this as this is something happened after theme update( not sure which update)
Actual theme version doesn’t use Roboto font
If you see the report it shows the roboto theme under minify CSS section. Roboto loads when I choose local storage of Google font under font option. If I deselect the option, then roboto disappears and my choosen Google font loads from Google server instead of local server.

Yes I did and also added the CSS codes. The Poppins font is loading fine without any http calls to google servers . Only roboto is making calls to google server.
Roboto and Roboto slab are coming from Elementor settings. You set them as default fonts in Elementor kit. Please, write to author of plugin and ask how to disable
