1. I would love to buy this theme but I don’t want my client to know anything about the theme I am providing. Is it possible to remove/rename all references to your theme name/branding (including css class names, folder names, Wordpress Admin menu labels etc.) and would that be part of the 6 months support you provide.

Hello, I am increasingly disappointed to buy this template.
I did not want to give access to wp-admin, because I wanted them to tell me how to solve the problems without help and not for you to solve them.
Yesterday I decided to give access to the wp-admin, and today with surprise I observed that they deleted information that I had modified on the site.
1. deleted the images from the slider. 2. deleted contact details. 3. You cannot see the events on the main page. 4. They don’t give me directions to add social media buttons at the bottom of the page. 5. They do not tell me how to align the login buttons and search at the top of the page. 5. They don’t tell me how to add the separators in the “Open Day 2018” section, in the middle of the numbers. 6. They took away the information that appeared in “WHY CHOOSE US”. 6. They did not add and do not tell me how I can add the separators in the section where the following text appears “24 HOURS ”, the separators should appear on each side of that text.
I need you to tell me how to fix these problems, I want to know what I need to modify to fix them.
