Hi there, my users are having a issue on pages that I have tabs on. I have a page that has three tabs. Each of them have IDs that are set by default. When a user clicks on one of the tabs the url changes from url to url #. Like yours

I do not think that there is something to change on this. These bookmarks are also links for browsers so part of the browser history. So what you see is pretty normal.

Is there maybe any bug at mobile version of your latest theme version 3.2.5 while having image galleries into tabs? Contact form 7 plugin was accidentally removed. This affected the newsletter popup form. where do should paste a new contact form code([contact-form-7 id=”7662” title=”Newsletter 01”]) to create a new one. Support expired so I cannot create a ticket

Great thanks. I don’t know if it is a bug, or a missed element, but in Typography, Portfolio Description, the Custom Fonts one can add, is missing. They are in Titles etc, but not in Portfolio Description. thought you should know.

Does the Visual Composer version included here let you use Saved Elements that you build? We saved it, and after clearing caches, it doesnt’ appear among All/Social/Widgets in the top tabs of Add Elements.

Thanks. For whatever reason, after saving, and then viewing the Page builder on a different page in a different tab, there are no new entries in that Tab part of the Builder Popup. I know you cannot assist me as we have no ongoing support plan. Just wanted to check if this is how it should. As something is definitely preventing it.
We Added a row. Inserted an empty space. Set the Custom CSS to a class we saved. And saved that Row as a Custom Element. But it doesn’t show up.
Maybe you should try to save the element you have placed in the row as a Custom element instead of the Row.

The trouble is, the ‘design’ is that the Row is assigned with a Custom CSS Class (striped), and then element we add, is just an ‘empty space’. So we want that ‘row’ with its added bits, to be the custom element.
Place an Empty space, the element empty space, in that row and save this element. You will probably have the row with its properties when you re-use it.
Sadly it doesn’t. All it does is add a row at the bottom of the page, 4px high Empty space element, but no ‘class’ set in the Custom Classes box.
Yes, it seems that it is not possible. However, there is nothing to be done from our side. Same happens with the page builder as it is and any other theme as this is not a theme feature. Thanks again.

So the Save as Element is only for the elements you ‘insert’ into a row/column … yes? Not the element that IS the row with elements within it?

I’ve read a lot of reports about the new Yoast SEO Indexables part of 14.0.4, many saying it has crashed their site. Causing huge issues with ranking. Do you know if this is a general thing, or if it’s down to theme, or have you tried it with Blade..? I appreciate it’s a tough question.

Hello I have serious issues with my Blade theme.

Second, I am getting the below error in Appearance/Themes in Word Press and I am unable to update the latest version of Blade Theme “Theme Updater Error:403”
Third, I am getting the pure html code when going to Pages/Edit in Word Press rather than getting the block elements that you can move, edit and delete.

It seems that you are using a quite old version. Could you please check this article https://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/envato-market-wordpress-plugin-for-theme-updates/ – in order to update the theme? You are trying to update the theme with the Old Envato API which is deprecated.

I have downloaded your theme for many different websites I develop. However the WP-Bakery is always outdated and I am unable to update without your dev team pushing the updates first.
