Hi,
I am not able to update the theme anymore, the only way is by downloading the theme on themeforest and upload it through ftp. License is activated. I have multiples license of this theme and your other theme Woodmart. When i log to my account on to xtemos.com, I can only see 1 purchased item which i can remove or update the license. I would like to be able to add the other purchased code, to see what the status is. As soon as i add the purchased code i get the message that ‘support is expired’. I want to manage my purchased codes only, how can i do this?

Hi,
I have encountered a serious problem right across my store, All the product images are all over the place despite the fact that they are all the correct and same size Dimensions: 800 × 594. I have tried everything from regenerate the thumbnails as well as using the following plug-in https://wordpress.org/plugins/imsanity/ but nothing seems to be resolving the issue, I also disabled all plug-ins on the store still no joy. I am using the latest version of the theme Version: 5.3.0 and latest version of WordPress Version 5.5.1 and WooCommerce Version 4.6.0

Sorry, what do you exactly mean by admin panel? Yes, our theme has a lot of settings and functions in the WordPress Dashboard. But we don’t have a standalone mobile app for our theme.

Of course, but this functionality is provided by the WooCommerce plugin, not the theme.

You can reinstall the plugin and then it will be downloaded in the latest version from our server. Or update it manually just getting the latest version from our website.

Once you select one leather like “White aniline” and then after on wood material select “walnut”. Once you select walnut the line below white aniline gets disappear.

We have a conflict. In this product, with Variations.

BUT, if I select another attribute the second one is unchecked and there is no way to keep the selection. Could you help Possibly it is CSS / JS error?
