Where is the option to disable the “Show More” button on the description that reveals it. I want the whole thing to be readable by default.

Hi, global options are in Journal > Skins > Edit > Global > Collapse Content…

Additionally, there are individual options per tab in the Product Tabs module in Journal > Product Extras > Product Tabs > Your Tab > Content > Collapse Content…

Hi, this may be in your Opencart language files on the server, in “catalog/language/your-language/...” Look through those files, that’s where the default texts are coming from.

But to submit a ticket, it is writing that our support is expired. And this is very stressful. If could you repair this issue, i even buy support but if my website will not work with journal demos, so i have to another theme on opencart, i am so sorry. Moreover, to renew the support, my OLD employee is gone so the account is by his name and his account. What could i do, i payed it, i have invoice ?? Could i carry my products to my account ?

Please, I need support, I have an Opencart version 3.0.2.0 store with JOURNAL 2 v.2.16.8 but the store just went down for some time, which I suspect it was hacked but with the help of hosting administrators, the store is back online but the slider module is no longer working and the product images and other images are not showing, Please I need your help to fix this problem and get the site fully back, what do I do?

Hello. Have you ever seen a message like this when hitting the “add to cart” button from the product page?

I feel Journal 3 is WAY harder to understand versus Journal 2. I cannot seem to wrap my head around just simply adding a category and its products to the main menu.

Never mind-I think im finally on the right track…version 2 still WAY easier to use.

Hello. Why the Journal 3.1.4 creates multiple copies of the same image (etc: one-100×100.jpg,one-100×100.jpg.webp,). When turned ON compression (cweb) in Settings/Perfomance/Images/Compression (Beta).

Hi, we use webp format for better image optimisation, that’s why you have both .jpg and .webp images generated in cache folder.

Hi, After updated to Version 3.1.4 Journal, I cannot insert image by using image manager in blog post page description content box (only images inside folders have problems) . But it works one week ago.

Image manager can be used in other image selection. Only doesn’t work in description box insert image (images inside folders, once you click it , it has no response.)
