How can you say support is closed when people keep having the same issue with exceeded amount of code all the time. I am sick and tired of this issue with your theme.

You can always give people the option to disable a license before reusing it. Most of us test this theme on several sites and it doesn’t mean we actually use many codes.

You need to fix this issue. I also tried to send you a support message and it says support expired. So you expect me to not use the theme I paid for because of your own fault settings with code usage.

Hello, currently testing out – PRODUCT FULLSCREEN LANDING in elementor- and making woocommerce products work in the template is impossible. It doesn’t resize to the size of the page. Instead, the products overlay over other pages when scrolling to the next page. Is there a particular setting to tweak to make the products behave?

I have purchased a total of 3 licenses of TheGem theme and I have not used them for more than one site each. I am trying to update theme on one of these sites, but it shows invalid key error. Can you please help me with this?

I tried opening a support ticket but it says “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.”

I understand that support requests require renewing the license term, but at least the theme on existing sites should update.
