We guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 ).
However please send me the link of your ticket? in this way I can see the response time of my team. Simply log in to our support forum with the data you chose during registration, once logged in click on the button at the top right “My profile” and then click on the “Topic Started” link to see all open tickets.

I’ve opened a ticket on 30th October i’m still waiting for your support. The question was so easy, i need to translate the theme, there are a lots of strings who doesn’t apper on Backend. If it is your theme multilingual as you wrote it should be more easy to translate

Hello, 1. I’ve got a problem with pictures which are not in the centre of the frame In the gallery module.
2. On the second gallery at the same page – those circles which says about the picture order are placed on the picture – not under. It should work same as at the top gallery because I have duplicated this feature.

1 – We need to create an extra service (additional bed) with a price. But, the price must be different by high season or low season. How can we do that?
2 – We need to create 3 different variations of price by number of nights (1 night, 2 nights and 7 nights) on room booking and those pricings will be group by season (high and low). How we can configure this behaviour?

For the header i take header4 layout and I have somethig like this – [nd_icon_text class=’nd_options_display_none_all_iphone’ icon=’world-white’ text-color=’#ffffff’ text=’LANGUAGES’]
how can I make multilingual text – LANGUAGES? I.e for other language i want to translate this text

I want to take translation for CONTACT US for current language
There is no information in Documentation about this moment
Also for footer i take layout page – footer, but for other languages i have others pages with translation But in theme options i can take only this one page for footer only in one language

Just purchased the theme and ran into some problems in my local dev environment regarding demo imports: The xml file was not found, update the theme to be able to select the options of the demo you want to import.
Now tried to create an account to submit a support ticket as advised on other comments but for some reason no registration emails received, no nothing!
