I try to write here since I have not received any reply via Ticket. I have a big problem, some courses in my shop despite having the price set, when they are placed in the cart they mark 0. These are available for free. This theme when I check on google pagespeed is to bad, it only take about 20 scores on mobile and 50 on desktop version. To low, Can you give me some advises to improve its for better experiment

Google page speed scores have actually nothing to do with the speed itself, the new Google page speed API is now based on a whole different analysis engine and we suggest you check your site speed using other testing sites such as GTMetrix or Pingdom services. Please try to use caching plugins like Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the required plugins. Also, ensure that you have synchronized the .po file after updating the theme (https://prnt.sc/sbrno3). If that would not help, go to the .pot file (https://prnt.sc/sbro84)(https://prnt.sc/sbroqt) and remove it (https://prnt.sc/sbrp3n)(https://prnt.sc/sbrpdf), then create a new one (https://prnt.sc/sbrq6n)(https://prnt.sc/sbrqlk) and try to edit the language one more time (https://prnt.sc/sbrr8k) and synchronize one more time (https://prnt.sc/sbrrp3) (https://prnt.sc/sbrs2v).

Hi good day. I have a doubt. The images that are on the course card at the top of the page are very blurry, with a lot of pixels. Why is this happening? Hi there. I have two issues I am trying to resolve.
The width of the row for the header and footer – I would like it to be full width and not boxed
The active state will not show in the main menu (it does when I use the web inspector on the front end to look at it and select the active state – I have tried this in css as active and current but can not get it to show on the live site

Hi, I imported a demo then created a new course but apparently 4 reviews appeared that I didn’t know where they came from, so they lowered the rating. How do I delete an existing course review or rating, even though the review menu is empty. thanks.

Also, try to disable all your 3rd party plugins one by one in order to check which one of them causing issues.

Hello there is a problem in the quizzes qualification, in a 20 questions quiz I can’t get 100% selecting the correct choices. It seems that the problem is with the multichoice questions, I have 3 of those in this Quiz and the maximum score I can get is 85%, as I have 20 questions each one score 5%. Any idea on how I can fix this.
Thank you, I solved removing the answers for those questions saving the quiz, then choosing again the correct answers and saving again, previously something similar happens to me with the true false questions, after an update the platform change all the correct answers to true.

I want to knw about some feature which i want on MasterStudy LMS website as well as MasterStudy Mobile App .
1. Sign Up form with Mobile Number and Email-d with verification
2. Sign in either mobile or email id (one choose in both )
3. Woo Commerce for Indian Currency for purchasing courses, Course Bundle, Shop . We can’t use Paypal and Stripe for Indian Audience becuase of UPI, Wallet, Internet banking etc. . We want to intregrate Woocommerce razorpay gateway.
4. Guest Live Chat and Live Chat for Registered user.
5. Enable Indian Currency.
6. Payment module of Mobile App will be same as LMS website ? When we will create woocommerce intergration on LMS Website?

1-2. There is no such kind of option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request.
3-5. The MasterStudy LMS plugin contains only 4 payment methods (There are Stripe, Wired Transfer, and offline payment in the MasterStudy LMS plugin. ). Other payments can be used by enabling the WooCommerce Checkout feature [https://prnt.sc/qayi3g]. If your payment method is supported by WooCommerce, you can use it with the theme.

sorry but if a user makes a payment as a guest user if the payment is completed to the user must an automatic password be generated and sent to him by email? is correct? because I have activated the guest payment but the user does not receive any password automatically generated by woocommerce

The concept of guest checkout is the fact that a user purchases without having a profile and is subsequently generated for him.

Cuales son los privilegios que corresponde para poder visualizar los libros de notas de todos los curso a pesar de no se el autor de los mismos, ya que esa seria la función de un coordinador académico 2. ¿El reporte de calificaciones por estudiantes solo lo puede visualizar a través de wordpress?, no quisiera que los profesores ingresaran al wordpress, de ser esa la única opción, ¿Cuál seria el único privilegio que debería asignarle para que solo pudiera visualizar esa opción.?

1. There is no this kind of option.
2-3. The theme allows uploading such file formats in the courses.
4. The theme provides the Udemy Affiliate option.

Quiero crear un Co-intructor para un curso, ya active el complemento y se que debería aparecer la opción en el curso entre el icono del profesor y categorías, lo que ocurre es que cuando ingreso con el usuario del profesor me muestra el curso en la pestana (mis cursos), pero al pasar el mouse sobre la imagen del curso no me muestra las opciones ver o editar, solo me deja darle click e ingresa al curso mas no me deja editarlo. Por favor quisiera saber porque no me da esa opción. Incluso al ingresar como administrados tampoco me aparece la opción de editar. ¿Qué esta ocurriendo que no me da esa opción?
