Hi – is it possible to create “Brands” for woocommerce with this theme? To have a “Brands” section and also filters in the shop.

Also to have view “Adidas” for example as a category.

Sure, so say I have 5 jumpers for sale same design but different colours red, white, blue, green and pink. They are £10 each but if you buy 3 they will be £25. Say the customer will select red, white and blue. How does the discount apply in the checkout? And can a icon be added in the product image which says ” 3 for £25”

Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme and WooCommerce options, you have to use any third-party plugin for this which better meets your requirements otherwise, This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. This certainly looks like an error for the WPBakery plugin.

The error occurs happens when we call the WordPress plugins_api() function to check whether each plugin is in the wordpress.org repository, and if so, whether they need an update.

Make sure that you are using the very latest version of the WordPress, Theme, and the plugin as well, and if no then update it first, and if yes then you can ask the WPBakery plugin team to fix their code generating this error.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 22/07/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

As I explained above, that this is not our Theme issue but this is WP Bakery issue, you can check it once with activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty you will find the same issue.

So, please try and understand and contact WordPress or WP Bakery support they will solve this issue for you.

We have a problem with ‘Quick View’ – using Woo Commerce theme Shop 30. When you click ‘quick view’ the pop up comes, but the image will not load – it just egg times – this happens on every product. Thank you

Hi, update 5.4.6 is out, and now when i do the same thing like last time, update the theme with file manager, my child theme disappears,and all of the styles with it? Why is this happening?

I was activated the theme to a domain wich is expired since months, and i install theme to new domain, and when i enter purchase code to activated it, i get an error that purchase code was linked to that domain (but i cant access, as that domain was expired). Hello. When I choose a header that has the thin, skinny header above the main header, the skinny header never displays. The skinny header usually has the language switcher and store links. Can someone please help?

Hi Porto, I think is the best theme I have test. Is possible to speed my webpage for movile device ? I don’t know why google test shows 33%. In pc laptop is better 76%.

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

I am working on a wp site using Porto theme. The owner of the shop is the one that purchased the theme from Themeforest.

A couple of months ago I have opened a ticket on your portal (#95313) I was told to send an email to ptheme.customize@gmail.com which I did and I’ve also made a follow up but no replay from your team.

But this is another story. The issue I am dealing with now is:

The search form in the header has the option to list all categories but at this point I have 8 categories and only 5 are showing in the dropdown. How can I change this in order to show all my categories?

I have found this issue posted on the yith ajax search wp plugin page https://wordpress.org/support/topic/all-categories-not-displayed/ and I’ve noticed that the dropdown with the categories is generated by selectric. I’ve searched through the plugin js file and couldn’t find where to change the number of categories shown in the dropdown.

Please let me know how to do this modification.
