Just a heads up about a bug. There seems to be a bug in the countdown timer when product is on sale. When a product uses the simple template, it does not respect the timezone set in Wordpress Settings (it uses UTC). When a product uses the variable template, the countdown timer respects the timezone setting. So when products are put on sale and a date is set, and Wordpress is set to e.g. Oslo time zone, some products are counting down 2 more hours than the others. The workaround is to set time zone for Wordpress to UTC for now, but would be nice if this bug could be fixed in future versions.

This is not a bug but that’s because you didn’t change the timezone of the server in which the WordPress site is installed. You only changed the timezone in WordPress settings but you didn’t change the timezone in the server. Oslo’s timezone is UTC+01:00 and perhaps your server’s timezone is after UTC + 2.
If you set the sale end date to 2020-10-03, it will calculate the timezone difference between the server’s timezone and WordPress’s timezone.
This is how it works and you must have to make sure that your server TimeZone on which the WordPress is Installed and your WordPress TimeZone must match and same and then you first have to change/set the WordPress TimeZone and after it set the SaleTimer, I am sure it will work for you normally.

Sure, but why is there a difference from one template and the other then? I think that’s a bug. Also, I did buy the theme 5 times and this is not support, it’s a bug report.

Can you please make sure that you have followed the below given solution given in the Note,
Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Short code, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.

You can change the layout of the Portfolio from Porto >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Archives as showing below and you can change the Portfolio Item hover color on Archive page using Custom CSS only, please share the URL of the page and the screenshot which hover you are talking about so that I’ll check and provide you the best possible solution for it.

Hey! One of my customers is using your theme and now he have hired a SEO agency to help him with the site. They are complaining about the hidden
as Google is preferring things that can be seen by the human eyes. He have been setting his own H1 titels so now he got double. We suggested ro remove what he set, but they say it’s better to remove the hidden H1 as it’s not visible.
Now I can do that by removing the code from the page template, but do you have a hook or any other suggestion how to remove it?

Sorry to say that but there is no such hook, and this is added in breadcrumbs, your client turned ON the breadcrumbs on his site but not the title and that is the reason the title is hidden, simply if your client turned OFF the breadcrumbs then that code will be removed otherwise you have to remove it manually as you did for your client, and please ask your client if has any other query contact us via our support system with his Theme purchased Envato account.

Okay the problem was that because of the https prot. It didnt dowloaded the stylesheets(mixed content issue). A plugin (mixed content fix) solve this problem.Nonetheless thanks the reply.
