Check for javascript errors that may be caused by a 3rd party plugin or a widget. Further, if you recently updated to WordPress 5.5, make sure the theme is updated to latest version too. Current site uses a number of NextGEN galleries on pages and in the homepage sidebar. Possible with your theme? Also noticed that the theme hasn’t been updated since 2016. ??

Hi, I am working on a site that has SMARTMAG theme installed on it. There is a problem with FOCUS GRID BLOCK Widget. Featured images of the posts appear on ALL tab but when user changes to other tabs in this widget the featured images of the posts disappear. Can you help in this. are you talking about a specific issue from the above questions? or for all issues?

I am using SmartMag on two different websites. One of them is on WP version 5.4.2 and is working fine. The other is on 5.5 and the homepage slider is not displaying. I have checked all the settings and tried everything I can think of but I’m out of ideas. Is there a known conflict with WP version 5.5? side is d-mars.com

We have purchased the theme, it was just purchased by someone who worked at the company well before me. I haven’t been able to track down the purchase code. No one saved any of that information. I’m now managing the websites and have virtually no information on anything and am trying to fix this and other problems. I would really appreciate some assistance.

I hear you, but the employee that purchased it hasn’t been with the company in many years. We don’t have a way of getting a hold of this person. Is there any way to find out my product code from within WordPress? The theme is active and working, so I know it’s been purchased, I just have no access to the details of the actual purchase.

Hi, in “Theme Settings > Single Post / Article Page” we are disabling the “Show Author Box” option, however it continues to appear on our post pages. How do we remove this?

How do I access the theme’s page builder? The only builder I see is Visual Composer.

If you recently downloaded the theme and have WordPress 5.5 installed, there was an issue. Please re-download and re-install the theme and plugins. TheZine (light header) demo is same as dark demo – only difference is the header. You have to import the TheZine sample content and change the header to Light from Theme Settings. For further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums and our support team will guide you in detail.
