Hello, I love this theme but I am having a hard time with the Mikado Core plugin. I keep getting notified that the plugin needs to be downloaded but when I download it, it says this plugin already exists but its not coming up on my plugins or dashboard at all. ??

Hy, we’re using yhis Theme sinsa a year. The support time is just expoired (august 2020) and a few days ago there was an update by the envato plugin. We done it and the site lost many of our Css customizations (as button colors etc) and seems to “reset” some of those stuffs: the css customizations are still there (in the customizing sections of theme panel) but don’t works. May we have an explanation?

Please check if you have updated the Core plugin as well, and all the plugins that come bundled within the theme.

Everythings was well-updated as you write. The Template have e problem at the 1.6 version. Seems to be a bad compatibility with woocomerce pages.

You can for sure use the theme on Wordpress.org with a business package. But do note that premium themes are intended to be used on Wordpress.org platform. Also you should know that there is no booking functionality. But you could try using some plugin for this purpose. Or you could using Contact Forms for communication and booking.

Sorry for the beginner question but if I activate this license in localhost, will I be able to transfer it to the live account when the site is ready? I am at the import demo stage and it is asking me to put my purchase code in.

Once you are finished developing your website you can simply deactivate it and migrate it to your live domain where you can register it once again. Yes I have tried this and also added the php.ini page. My problem is with multiple menu items being displayed. The first One Click demo content install failed at 90%. Post that, I went through your help documents and added the missing php.ini Then I did an full import once again. However, now it seems like there are multiple menu bars displayed
Also the link you have provided shows that Wordpress 7.0 is required. However, My Shared Hosting Provider is GoDaddy, and I have only Wordpress 5.5 as the latest available version. How do I go about it ?

PHP 7.0 is required, not WordPress 
It will create an “x” sign next to your menu items, so you can easily delete them with one click.

Hi Team, Thanks for your support. Yes I was able to successfully refine the content and remove the unwanted menu.
I removed all the Menu items and did a fresh install of the Demo content which helped to restore a single Menu. I also set the Home Page to Split Screen Slider
However, I am getting an error right on top of the images and just below the Menu item

hi Mikado Team, Please Ignore My earlier message. I have cleared up the Old Wordpress Installation on www.japanesebodytherapy.com and Did a complete Fresh Install of the Theme from Scratch. I added the required php.ini file and also ensure PHP version is v7.4 I was able to successfully and smoothly install the Theme as well as install the plugin.
However, When I try to Import the Demo Content with the purchase code, I am getting an error that “Code is already registered for other domain”
its same domain – www.japanesebodytherapy.com.
I just did a complete wipe-out of the older wordpress installation and did fresh installation from scratch. But still it is saying that the code is registered for other domain. Kindly help in this regards

You need to deregister your code before deleting your WP installation in order to use it again.

Yes I do understand but I recalled and realized only after I wiped out the earlier Wordpress instance. Now I have no choice of restoring back the older Wordpress instance and go ahead with Deregister wizard. Your help will be much appreciated. Somehow the coordination process is taking more time – am not sure if its due to timezone difference or what. I am working in INDIA hours and I do see that I get your replies in around same timezone. I imported all the demo content and I am trying to change the logo that appears on top of the slider on the Main Home template but it does not seem to change regardless of whatever image I upload through the backend via Mikado Options. Please advice.

Please check your Page settings for Logo and Header type. If a page settings are set they will overwrite the Global Options and you can read more about it here.

Does this theme allow you to pick different menu options for different pages? i.e.
Page #1 = Home, About, FAQ, Products Page #2 = Home, About Us, Contact
Basically, can you choose which menu you can choose for each page?

You can for sure set a different menu appearance on different pages. However once you set your main menu in the options it will be applied on all of the pages. You cannot choose different menus for different pages. The layout can be different for sure.

I tried in several ways. and I also changed the domain. but still same issue. demo import is ok. but when I go to edit page then the site not works. no page comes up. only homepage works perfectly with edit option. but if i choose a different theme then everything is ok.
