Hello Edge-Themes, i saw the new update and i have a question: Did you really update just the Instagram Feed to 2.0 version or maybe some fixes you not mentioned? If you really updatet just Instagram Feed, then i can skip this update, for i dont use any social media things.

1: slider images are not coming in slider, even its not showing any error

2: As per the theme criteria, we needed to install Suoshin. But Suoshin can be install in PHP5. So after installing it when we have installed the theme, woocomerce plugin is not installed as it required php7.

so definitely they have some other settings or css things which they can provide us. Please help us to resolve these two issue.

Hello,

Due to the problem we experienced due to hosting, we deleted the wordpress and theme directory and installed it again for the same domain name. When we enter the purchase code in the new setup, we get an error “Code is already registered for other domain”.

Could you help us ?

Since we deleted the theme without deregistration, we cannot do any action now. What do we have to do?

How are you supposed to update the theme? I’m on 1.8 and I want to update to 1.9, but I can’t find no automatic update functionality in the theme on my WP site. Do I need to just download 1.9 from here and add it to WP? Does it upgrade my current theme or I need to restart from scratch on the updated theme???

Hi I had some questions, I needed a theme where I can put new pages for registration of tournaments and wanna do multiple tournaments at the same time,

Things I need are:

•Home Page •Upcoming Tournaments ->PPL Europe Edition Season Zero Scrims Direct Pass •Previous Tournaments ->PPL ->PMEC •Register Now •About Us •Contact us •Discord

And sliders with buttons + I wanna put pngs of team logos and their names below it as featured teams, so can I add all these through plugins and Page builder in this theme?

We have to say that PlayerX doesn’t have a login/register functionality by default, but is compatible with bbpress forum plugin that does and it’s not working via AJAX protocol, but a regular redirection.

Otherwise you can create as many pages you wish and use all our themes shortcode to build your pages. You can also check our themes documentationin order to get a better grip on how the theme is functioning and what possibilities you do have with it. If there’s anything else, please let us know!

Hi I’m more interested in Overworld but I didn’t got the same answer about adding a registration page, I’m really into buying one of your theme but I need the registration button so players can register their teams on the page. Probably the most infuriating theme i’ve worked on, on TF. This bloody logo keeps overriding the logos set in the player x options > logo.

I’ve updated them ALL to the same logo. Saved > still shows this damb logo!

I even right click on this logo and it shows the NEWLY UPDATED LOGO.

But onsite it still showing this:

Sorry to hear that you struggle, please check that page setting for logo if it is possibly set over there. You should know if any of the page settings are set they will overwrite your Global options.

After installing the new update (from 1.8 to 1.9) , Slider Revolution and Essential Grid doesn’t work anymore. Are they other people who have problems with this too?

I can’t put 49,88 $ for a 6 month support on the line. It’s really frustrating, how an update can destroy everything… Is it for the support even possible to fix it?

I have a general question: I have a license for WPBakery Plugin, in my case i can take WPBakery Updates. But my question: If i update the WPBakery Plugin, will it work with the Player X Theme or it can be a problem maybe? Like now, your theme is not updatet since 1 year, for that reason i ask you.

I dont know how big the update effect on the theme is.

Hello Edge-Themes

I have a question about Cart in Mobile. Normally in the Browser (Desktop) you will also see the Cart on the top of the Website, so the user can click quickly to go to the cart.

But in mobile i cant see nowhere the cart widget. I was contacted from a customer, that he cant find the Cart where he was added the product for buying. Then i told him that i have added a Link in the Menu for Cart. But its not user-friendly.

How can i add the Cart in Mobile?

I check the Documentation, Your demo, but it seems you have forget that. Usually every Webshop have the Widget also in Mobile.
