I’d like to copy over some elements from one page to another. I understand that the best way to do this is save the element as a WP Bakery template? But when I do this in the theme, although the save template option appears, the ability to name and save the element as a template does not- the function doesn’t seem to be workinig? Or is there another way to do it?

Could you please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins according to our article here as possible you are not able to save template because of this.
Also by default, the WPBakery Plugin is available for page editing only. However, you can use it to edit other post types (such as blog posts or portfolios) as well. To do so, navigate to WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post Types, select Custom from the dropdown, and mark all the checkboxes available there.

If you purchase the theme once again you will have another purchase code within it. So every time you purchase another license for the theme you will get an individual theme purchase code within it. There is unfortunately not an option to purchase only an activation code.

Hi guys, i updated the theme on this domain, and the entire home page became blank. Luckily I took a backup, however as soon as I uploaded the backup that one then became totally black and all the homepage content has vanished.

This is now done again via the Envato plugin, including VC.. I did mention that I did update the site, but as it didn’t work I had to upload the older backup

Yes this worked, thank you very much. After the theme update the colours and menu went a bit weird. Its not a problem though as just used another backup with the older version of the theme. Thanks again

If the colors and settings change after updating a theme, you can just go to Theme Options and click on the save button to generate the dynamic style files again.

Hello! We plan no purchasing this theme, but we have a few questiosn: 1) we’ve seen the following issue on mobile: When we tap on a product image to see it bigger, the UI doesn’t work well, as you can swipe but the background still moves and a button appears on top of the image, which once we tap on it, nothing happens. Dear Devs i followed all the provided instruction to import the demo content, but importer always block at random percentace of importing (8%,24%...36%...) .
I tried plenty of times with no luck. I also tried by importing only the content+attachment with no luck. I also disabled all the plugins before as told in https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/12620/
My server requirements are all above the requested ones.
Is there another way to import all the media/pages/settings? Or a Fix?
