Hi, Do you have the option to allow parents to view students statistics same as instructor? If not is it possible to make a request to add a new user called parents who will be able to register their children on the platform and monitor their progress via the statistics?

The sensei plugin is not needed compulsorily. You can use our custom post type course which comes default in the theme. You can see the courses tab in your dashboard. Using that you can add the courses.

I want to purchase the theme but I have some requirements
1) I check the registration form on Demo Page its not fulfill our requirement. Can we create customized registration form with the fields of our own choice?
2) Secondly, our course will have four chapters. Each chapter will be depend on each other one by one. Person can’t take the quiz of Chapter 2 unless he pass the Chapter 1 Quiz, same a person can’t take Chapter 3 unless he clear the Quiz of Chapter 2 and same the case for Quiz 4. Can this requirement fulfill in this theme?
3) Certificates are required to generate after Quiz or Course Completion. Will the certificates be generated after the Quiz or Course Completion?
I want to purchase the theme so thats why I am sharing my requirements before purchasing whether these requirements fulfill in this theme?

1) Sorry but we do not have category filter option in our LMS theme. We do have the option of category quiz questions in our Kalvi theme ( https://themeforest.net/item/kalvi-lms-wordpress-theme/22463442?s_rank=1&ref=designthemes ) You can try this theme as well.
2) The traffic depends upon the hosting server that you are using. If it is a good server, you can have as many as users.

Hello Designtheme Support, reaching out here, as the support forum reply box’s send button is not working. The main site is not working fine, that’s why I reached out to your team several times. Here are the existing issues on the main website:
1.LMS child Page builder is not working,its disabled for editing current pages as well as creating new pages. 2. The Product tab does not reflect Mega menu 3. The customize theme tab is blank is blank and I am no longer able to make any chanhes to additional CSS. 4. The toggle feature is not working.
These are the reasons, for which I reached out and you suggested that all issues are due to not updating the theme. Since the site is live and we do not want to push theme changes on live site, I created this test site and installed the new updated theme.
As a customer, I feel lost at this point in the theme, and requested for your support to help. I have already provided the FTP as well as WP Admin Login access. What else can I do, so, your team can help with the theme issue. Thanks.

Yes, I have created a separate test site with LMS updated theme version, but several errors came up. That is when your team asked for WP admin and FTP logins, which I have provided. I have not received any support on the issues and requesting here again to pls let me know, what I can do to solve the theme issues.

Thanks for your reply. This issue is now going in circles without any solution. I had already sent the WP login to the main site earlier(almost a month back), then I received the response, to update the theme. That’s when I created test site with updated theme. The WP logins are same for both domains. Just one request, when you login to check what the issue is, please do not make any changes to it, as the site is live in production. Last time, there were changes made to the Admin email, so I had requested not to make any changes. Thank you so much for helping fix the theme issue. I am really hoping we can get this resolved, as it has been over a month now.

There still is an issue with the Newsletter signup part. When I do any edits to the home page, the theme will add text to the sentence that encourages people to sign up. We have to keep deleting it. Can you please look into that?

Hello we are on the verge of purchasing your theme, below are some few questions,
1.Can student book different teachers with time and dates. (The teacher will have a calendar which students can book an appointment and pay).
2.Teachers need to be alerted by SMS once an appointment is paid and booked. (We will use a paid SMS gateway).
3.Can each teacher have a PayPal account or be paid individually.

I have a pre-order question. I read about the course capacity but didn’t see it in the demo, I want to make sure there is capacity for each course, for example I have a course for only 10 students, when student begin to register and pay online the number decreases, and when the capacity is full the enrolment is locked

1) We do have the class capacity option in our theme and it works as you have explained. In the course capacity, we just get the values from backend and displayed it in front end. The enrolment lock is not available in courses. May be we will add it in future updates.
2) We have 2 payment options in our theme.
a) S2member payments – This option accepts the following payment gateways.
PayPal
Stripe
Authorize.net
ClickBank
