My support has expired for your theme, but I see that the concern I’m experiencing has already been mentioned here 3 years ago and that you answered the person via your ticket system.

Currently when a link contains child elements it is not clickable, is there a quick fix for this?

The author of this theme asked for our username & password but has done nothing. Nothing at all to fix the issues with their theme. We still cannot update the information on our website because of this. Not being able to update important information on our website is hurtful to our business. We are reporting this author & its faulty theme to Envato as well as other platforms where this theme is being sold.

Theme Options are not working! I cannot update my company phone number. I see buyers have been complaining about this issue for OVER A YEAR! After a year you do not have directions on how to update this theme. I am not paying for support when this is the fault of the designer. No way… I put in a ticket & expecting to hear from someone. This is ridiculous.

Two questions for you.

1. I see that Visual Composer is integrated in your Fit Coach theme. I was wondering if the builder was used to create the site layouts or is html/css used to code the site?

2. It looks like theme owners have been having major issues with your theme , for example:

- “Latest compliant version of your theme to meet js-composer and Wordpress core version…”

- “Theme options as buttons in it is unclickable and Unable to install Demo Content..”

- “We have the same problem, buttons in theme options are not clickable…”

Have you addressed these issues by providing an updated version of your theme in Theme Forest?

I have even raised a ticket (TICKET #2559824) and their is a delay in responding from your end, please do the needful as soon as possible..

Hi, we have the same problem, buttons in theme options are not clickable. There may be a connection with last wordpress upgrade to version 5.51. Before upgrade all worked. Thank you.

Theme appears to be broken after update. I am no able to click on theme options button to modify any thing. Button seems to be static and not clickable. I had purchased the theme but support expired hence not able to submit a ticket.

Unable to import demo content. The utility tab in theme options is static. cant click it.

Can you please tell me why I can no longer change by blog header? Everytime I add a new blog post it shows up with the wrong title, and background picture. I use to be able to change this on my blog post when I edited it, but it now does not let me. What is happening?
