I figured out I needed to publish a page with the Job Application Form template separately, and the shortcode /customization options ends up there, and then the button magically works.

I would add that to the support documentation.

It may be a good idea to let us turn off the button if we don’t want it, too.

Yes, the theme is relatively fast. But let us explain one thing about speed.

Speed of a website depends on many things, not just theme. Now, theme sellers who are giving you the expression that you will have a blazing fast website using their theme only (like 95 or 100 page speed), that’s not correct.

Speed of a website highly depends on various factors, like hosting the website on a very good, fast server, using caching plugin, image processing plugin and some other various plugins and some other things and techniques. A fast theme is one of those things – not the entire thing. So even a fast theme alone cannot make your website fast.

For example if you host a fast theme on a slow server you cannot have a fast website. Same can be said about other features. Hope you understand.

Support Board plugin is included with the theme, but without Slack and Dialogflow integration. So if you want to integrate these 2 platforms you have to purchase a license of Support Board plugin separately, from them.

We have nothing to do here as we purchased an “Extended License” of the plugin to bundle it within our theme, yet they declared that this bundled version will not have Slack and Dialogflow integration.

We don’t have a set number of license as your developer said. According to Envato’s licensing policy, one license can be used on one domain/website only. So you need to purchase as many as licenses as you need.

If you need multiple licenses, please let us know, we might offer you some discount if you want to purchase them at once.

You can use any or all the home pages under one single license (i.e. one purchase). However, one license can be used on one domain only.

Yes, you can. In this case, you have to use the Elementor Canvas page template. This page template doesn’t include the theme’s header and footer. You can place any custom Header and Footer for the individual pages using the Elementor Canvas page template.

After selecting the Elementor Canvas page template, place your custom header template on the top of your page.
