Hi Guys… I’ve taken oven the website of a client from another designer who used your Enfold theme. I see the username and password are inserted into the theme but when it checks for an update manually it says we are running latest version @ 4.2 but it is not the latest and the theme is starting to conflict with the latest wordpress version. Please can you send me an email so I can send you the user and api to correct for me so the update will work urgently for me?
Would there be any incompatibility issues in upgrading from enfold 3.3.1 to the current version(4.7.*)? Was not sure as their is a major release difference?
Hy, i have a problem with enfold child, i dont see the menue points by enfold child settings… i cant edit my design 
And the next problem ist, when I will edit a site, ther is a long long time a loading icon. Please could you help me?

Hi team, I have a major issue in the theme. I edit the page and click “Preview” – what happens next is that an old version of the website shows in the preview window! I cannot preview the page I am working on. Please help out asap this is very stressful.. Thanks!

Have you created your page using a plugin such as Duplicate Page? If you have, I am guessing that is causing the issue. If you have not, could you please start a thread on our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/ and attach temporary admin logins so we can look into it?

I currently updated to 4.7.4 and cannot style the cookie consent message to be a simple message bar – instead it is showing the default option and is full screen. How can I correct this?

Thank you Yigit. But have been trying to login but seems to be issues. After I have input username and password it reverts back to the login page?? My issue is with the cookie consent message bar – it should be a simple message bar but is showing as a full-screen message bar and does not disappear, it is still set to the bottom of the webpage? please advise

I have a serious problem and it is that I cannot see the Enfold side menu options or the Child ones and the top menu options do not work. I don’t want to update the theme because I will surely lose the additional CSS and customizations. Deactivate the plugins one by one as the documentation says but the problem persists. Some help?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the issue you are having. That issue occurs when you are using the latest version of WordPress and older version of Enfold. Updating the theme would fix the issue.
If you are using a child theme and have made your modifications on a child theme, updating parent theme would not overwrite your customizations. That would be the case if you modify theme files on parent theme.

My PHP server was just upgraded to 7.3 in hostgator, and my Enfold theme failed. Hostgator said there was a problem with the theme. Can you help with this so I can get my website back to normal?
