This is one of the worst theme in the world. The support team of this theme is stupid. They will give you useless suggestions. They will never read your comment clear and give your incomplete solutions. I give a Big Zero to this Theme. I waste my money on this theme. Please don’t buy this theme.

Hello.. I open a ticket cause i have a problem.. i install DOKAN MULTIVENDOR and when i click on the biography tab of the vendor the site appears completely incorrect . I hope to solve the question cause otherwise i will be very upset!

You need to use multivendor plugin like dokan or wc vendor wc marketplace plugin for that.
If dokan support it you can use this with our theme.

issue solved Thank you, BTW i tried to edit megamenu “All Categories” icons because it’s not all relevant to my menus titles .. But it requires an Upgrade !! (Plugin ElementKit Pro) .. So is there a solution without upgrading ElementKit ?

We had purchased your Elements Kit – All In One Addons for Elementor Page Builder | Add-ons plugin and we are using it on our website. Seems that you have removed the product from Codecanyon and we can no longer update it. This is causing us, apart from the security issues of having an outdated plugin, appearance issues.
By visiting your website we see that you still sell that plugin outside of Codecanyon. Have you stopped giving updates to the people who bought your product on Codecanyon? We were able to use your product only for a few months and were inside the 6 month support period when it was removed from Codecanyon.

And I am getting some issues. already existing demo categories are appending without any issues on Marketo mega menu theme. but newly added categories have an issue. some are appending after 1 or 2 hours. some are still not appending on this theme. Due to some issues, our works are pending to complete. How can I get or load that category in select category option? please give your reply ASAP Thank you.

Hello, I have installed the Theme & all the Recommended Plugins. And I am getting Critical Error on “Site Health Status” after activating the Unyson Plugin.
I confirmed that this plugin creating the Following Critical Error: A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.
Please fix the issue in next update. Or, let me know the Actual Rule of this Plugin, Can I deactivate the plugin without sacrificing any core theme functionality.? As of now I understand it’s only used for Backup & Demo Content Installation.
Please help me solve this issue. It’s very urgent.

I Debug it, Confirmed that “Unyson” causing the issue. Everything looks fine until Unyson is enabled.
My Webserver is NGNIX with FastCGI + PHP 7.4.
BTW, My Support is expired, I can’t open the support ticket so I posted here as a Well-wisher. I hope you will look after it & release a new update because it’s a Critical Issue on your theme & it gonna affect everyone.

Your theme is Buggy, Causing Critical Error for the Dependency Plugin. And it will affect everyone.
It’s your luck that I showed you the Bug. Now you are asking me to pay you. LOL.
I showed you the Bugs, Fixing is yours.
Am I lame or I F**ed My Self that I can’t use other themes.? I am a developer, I build sites for the clients. Form now I will never Recommend Marketo.

Please i want to increase the time the minicart widget stay on screen, how to do this, please see attached image.
When i click on the icon of cart on the top right the minicart widget is showning correctly untill i click on close, but when i click on button ad to cart it is disapear after two or three seconds.
