Please download the latest theme package from themeforest, we have updated theme and added WPBakery page builder latest zip inside package. You don’t need to buy the licence just use latest plugin provided inside latest theme package. And if already downloaded and having issue in update, we recommends you delete older plugin and then install new one.

Saral theme comes with global settings i.e Theme Options and particular page setting called Page Option. These settings are used to control all the sections of theme. To change logo on all over the site you can use global Settings i.e Theme Options -> Logo settings, you can check this screenshot for more information: https://nimb.ws/WiFdEu You can also set different logo for home pages, to set different logo for particular page you can use Page Option settings. Page option settings overrides the value of Theme Option settings. You will find Page Options at the end of every edit page, post and other custom post types. You can check this screenshot for more information: https://nimb.ws/6TCdOh.If you want to use same logo all over the site please remove logo from particular page setting and set logo inside Theme Option Logo settings.

To edit slider you need to check “Slider Revolution”, we’re using “Slider Revolution” plugin to create home page sliders. Please go to “Slider Revolution” from left sidebar menu and then choose the slider you want to edit, check this screenshot for reference: https://nimb.ws/iYWMGb. For slider customisations you can check plugin video tutorials from their official site. It might be possible because of file permission or internet issues. Please send us your working details with the demo name you want to import at support@theironnetwork.org, we’ll do it for you.

Also make sure your file upload size should be “128” or greater and you have added all the code we have mentioned inside import instructions(mentioned inside the documentation provided with theme), otherwise please send us the FTP details we’ll import complete demo data for you.

We recommend you clear your phone cache too and then check once. Also, we have checked your every theme and required plugins files, this is not happening because of the theme any of its dependency. It might be an issue of caching plugins or hosting. Please consult your hosting provider and also clear your restored cache once.

If you will face the same issue again on the mobile devices, you can send us a small video of updated sections.

Thanks for providing details, we looked into it and tried to recreate the issue, but it properly worked on our end. We updated the logo and favicon and logged in with the admin from a different system to check if they were resetting to default, but they stayed the same as shown in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/vw2XJk. We further checked on next day and it did not reset to default. They are properly showing on the site as well. Can you please provide us a video showing the issue, so that we can try to recreate the same and resolve it for you.
