Hi, admin can ask a deposit which covers only his service fee. Service fee is deducted from total – https://help.wprentals.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/booking-payemnt-opt.png
You can put the same value for both, then user would pay the 10% to admin. The remaining would have be paid outside theme as we don’t have payment to owner.
We have the option to ask to pay extra for featured if paid submission is enabled. Before paying extra, user would have to pay for the listing to be published and paying for listing to be featured would be optional, after listing is published.

Hello, I wonder if there is an option to notify the admin by any means (say emails) before the rent period finishes? as an example, the client rent my flat for 100$ and for 1 month and this month will end on 5th November, Is there an option to notify the admin to say on the 1st of November and tell him that this flat rent will end after 4 days?

I would like to let you know that when we search for a property and zoom out the location on google maps, property map pin disappears. Additionally, if any user selects guests 1, 2, 3 or any number we prefer properties with maximum guests should also be displayed which does not happen.
Furthermore we would like to bring under your attention that while making a reservation, if the rooms are available it should redirect to the payment page but instead it displays a message ‘Booking request sent. Please wait for owner’s confirmation’

Hello, i saw your demo and when I clicked on “book” in the product rental page it sends me to a client Log In page. I need a rental plugin where customers, once click on “Rent Now” are directed to the checkout or the cart, without having to Log In as new users or existing users. Do you offer that with your RNB Plugin? Or every time someone rents an item has to log in? Can that be disabled?

But with deposit enable + instant checkout enabled + woo commerce installed and setup user can book and pay as he is logged in (without needing to do the login in a separate step). We follow WPML instructions for all WPML compatibility code. They can check and contact us through their compatibility team if anything is needed from our end.
We offer Email management so you may be able to put the content in multiple languages from the same email (it’s not WPML related, but it’s a possible solution)

I’ve setup the site together with an obviously correct Google Maps API. It works in Safari on a Mac, but once I open it on the phone or in chrome browser it says “This page can’t load google maps correctly.”

Can we have the owner choose the option he would like to be paid from? As I understood the money goes to admin and the admin then transfers the money to the owner. Can we ask the owner to choose from preferred payment options before submitting the listing request?

We don’t have any automatic solution to pay owner (*it would have to be done manually by admin or let each person handle payment outside and you can just put deposit=service fee as your fee to take for booking to be confirmed). We have private fields in owner profile, but payment itself is not built-in.

You can use for search location just location from properties published. Not sure if that’s the solution you’re looking for.
