I would like to ask, if you could fix a small bug with Grids. You can check https://digizin.cz As you can see, if you use the grids with Title background color with the gradient option, it has a bug on the hoover. The grid after you place the mouse arrow (hoover) the color gradient disappear – I think it is a bug

I was using it in custom css section of zeen theme options. It helped me to make it more. Now it changes the date background but other elements are not visible. Maybe You know what i should put there to change font colour and remove this white layout from the image?
Hm, I’m not 100% sure, you will need to open a ticket and include all this information + relevant urls (and screenshots would be extra helpful) so the support team can investigate deeper for you.
After the migration from valenti to zeen, could I delete all “option-tree” options from the wp_options tables without risk ? These are autoload options so I want to clean it if not necessary.

Impossible to use Jetpack stats as it crashes the server (even big) if we have thousands of visits, as it creates too much stats transients and try to delete it frequently.
PLEASE implement in your theme the possibility to use google analytics in order to show trending articles ! Jetpack is an absolute piece of shit, destroying websites performances.

I personally am not a fan of Jetpack, but the solution is to disable every single module except stats, I’ve never seen any issues like that. If your site is having trouble you should 100% contact Jetpack support as it should just work.
I wish it were possible to add an Analytics option too. The problem with Google Analytics is that there isn’t an official plugin and there isn’t an official way for a theme to access their data at this level for the functionality required I’m afraid. It simply isn’t possible! Jetpack Stats is open to themes/other plugins so the data can be implemented in various ways.

I understand, but there surely is another way to implement trending posts feature, like some templates I’ve seen (they have their own stats system into the template, way more optimized and that doesn’t create thousands of transients and sql queries every day)...
Jetpack is so horrific I had to create a server cron that empty transients every 3 days…
Hope you will think about that in the future, in order to not depend on jetpack, as your theme is amazing. But jetpack ruins your work regarding performance and website speed… (my website is faster when Jetpack is deactivated, and the only module activated on my jetpack is the stats module…).

I totally get it, but it is impossible for a theme to actually gather the data needed. Themes that try to store stats are simply creating custom fields on all your posts, which means it will be very basic (all you can do is all-time popular order) and if they try to save more complex stats (such as by day) your site’s database size will blow up in size and affect performance.
The only way to collect accurate/proper stats on a WordPress site is to store all that data outside of the database (this is what jetpack stats/Google analytics do).
Contact Jetpack though, I’m sure they can help as stats shouldn’t have cause any performance issues. All it’s doing is storing visitor data, nothing to do with your actual site. Make sure you are disabling all other modules though, you have to go into the full list of modules section. In the normal Jetpack view you can’t actually disable them all.

Just something to think about for upcoming updates! It would be nice if the Underline Link feature applied to all links. I noticed that it only gets applied to links without any formatting. It would be nice if the underline applied to links that are italicized/bold or when there are links in headers

Each Themeforest license is indeed for one site. If you’d like to use Zeen on for example: 5 sites, then you would need to purchase 5 licenses.

You’re welcome, and ah shame to hear that. The sale system on Themeforest is all automated, so at midnight Australian time on x day it ends – I agree though, I wish it showed the exact hours left!
Products can’t go on sale for at least 30 days after a sale ends too, but even then – there are no plans Zeen to set on sale again (Historically the theme only goes on sale once/twice a year for a few days only), so I hope you still can consider it. Personally, I think the full price is still a bargain considering the premium value it packs in

That plugin detects all H2 html, so yeah, in the next update the post main title will be be changed to a h3 by default. And a filter has been added to then be able to change that h3 to anything you want (such as a P if you wanted).

Thanks for the interest and kind words
None of the demos are built with Elementor, they are built with the bundled Tipi Builder, which is much better for these types of layouts.
The theme is fully compatible with Elementor though so you can use Elementor to build specific other pages you may want/need. Just remember that you can’t run two different builders on the same page though. It’s either Tipi Builder/Elementor/Gutenberg/WPBakery/etc

It’s no problem, happy to help.
The Tipi Builder is extremely light, it barely loads anything extra on the frontend, and the extra are only loaded if needed on Tipi Builder pages, nothing loads outside of that. Elementor is much heavier and can load lots of extra files, I’m not 100% but I think it also only loads the extras on Elementor pages (it should do anyway). In other words, you can use both builders on your site and the performance will be fine because they are only loaded on each relevant page
The theme hasn’t been tested with GiveWP, but if that plugin works on TwentyTwenty theme (Default WordPress theme), then it’ll work the same in Zeen, as Zeen is coded following strict/best WordPress coding standards.

In the Tipi Builder, wherever you can write text, you can give it an anchor link. Simply write the text and then highlight the text with your mouse. The Tipi Builder toolbar will appear, and one of the toolbar tools is a “link” one that allows you to set links to the highlighted text.

Hi, is there a way to hide sub-menu items?
The aim is to have, for example, the parent menu item “about us” active when I am visiting one of the page of the people team, without having a long list of sub-menu item for each member.
In the menu options there is the field “Insert ID (1,2,3)” but I didn’t understand the effect of these IDs. Thank you.

Do you mean edit the excerpt from dynamically loaded posts? If so, that isn’t possible, as excerpts are dynamically loaded from the post itself. You can use the manual excerpt option inside each post to create a custom one though.

Do you mean build everything from scratch? If so, why not add an image block and a text block to do that? You can indeed put them in columns too.
