Much like the previous poster, I can’t access the Theme Options anymore. If I try to click on any menu item nothing happens (just some anchor links).

I have cleared cache of the browser, plugins and my hosting every way possible.

hi guys

in theme options one setting is called “logo & favicon”.

You can set the logo but there is no option to choose the favicon. And setting the logo doesnt change anything for the favicon, its still the same standard favicon of the browser…

Hi, if I do a front search of affiliates .. 1) how can I it shows me a lot of products from the original site..and unlike now it only shows 12 products. 2) How can I show it to me products like in the store (small size 2 products in a row) and not like now that it shows one big product? Thanks

Hi mate, we’ve been trying to find the deactivate license button on your theme under Rehub Registration and no button exist and we need to move our license to the live domain. Can you please action on this asap, this feature should be standard on your theme. Thank you.

1. It has been observed that only few products are showing price history graphs with proper data. I have added all the products in exactly the same settings. what can be the issue here?

2. How to access price history graph and display it at a perticular place of the product page?

3. Some of the poducts are not showing latest price present on amazon website, the price which is being displayed on my website is not correct. Can you please help to understand ?

Instead each sections being displayed one below the other like https://prnt.sc/v3dexs, I want to display them in tabs in a way that

1. user will see horizontal tabs section right on the top but just after product name and details. 2. user can click on each tab to view sections

I tried to change product layouts of the prodcuts but did not help much.

We have a major problem with the website, the response time is abnormally slow. We have tried everything, including cache plugin, image optimization… But it still takes a ridiculous amount of time to deliver content. It makes the website impossible to use. Can you please help us with that. The theme contains all the design and feature that we want, but the fact that it is so slow makes it unuseful. I even talked with the hosting provider who confirmed that nothing could be done on their end, only on the theme end.

Hello, as you can restart the “RH Frontend Pro”, every time I delete a form new ids are created, after the deleted ones.
