Gooday Kriesi… Please can you help me… I am listing this message here because I have tried to contact you before and no response unfortunately. I have contacted Envato regarding this problem as well. I have an old API key from the previous developer of a website for a client of mine. The developer has fallen very ill and no longer able to assist my client however the theme of course was paid for but not through my profile with Envato therefore I can not create a new API key which is what the theme is requesting to continue updating and I would kindly like to ask you for a new one without my client having to pay for Enfold theme again. Please please can you assist me? I have emailed you again the existing API key to prove purchase. Thank you.

Responsive menu doesn`t work on tablets, even when activated burger menu for tablet, try it on ipad pro 1000px looks terrible, menu overlaps the logo. Also no way to update the theme as there is no api key on themeforest anymore yet the theme tells me to click onto a page which gives instructions that dont exist on themeforest

OMG, Just looked at the last time the Author bothered to respond to any comments, 13 days ago, TERRIBLE, AVADA Te 7 themes have great support and actually work the way they should.

We are using a background overlay in a color section and do not want it to tile (which it seems to do by default). Is there a way to restrict the overlay image for tiling and just have it stretch to fill the width fo the color overlay?

When using the masonry to display portfolio items. There is a way of adding a pagination. But how is possible to load all when clicking on this? If we want to show 4 only, and we click on load more, there is only being loaded 4 more. We want to load all when clicking on this. How is that possible?

Hi, our support has expired, but I found and solved a bug. Please merge this fix so in the next upgrade I don’t have to apply it again. In our blog we designed a custom homepage with the advanced layout generator and the “Posts” widget in it. You could go to page 2 but never go back to page 1 in the navigation. The culprit was that the link to the first page always had the get param with actual the page number appended. So I fixed it adding a “remove_query_arg” if $page_number == 1 in avia_extended_pagination_link function in file framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php :

Hi Kriesi, I love this theme you created. Earlier this week I purchased another theme from another ‘Power Elite Author’ and it was absolutly awful. The backend was an absolute mess with too many plugins needed. It makes me appriciate your hard work a lot more. I hope you don’t mind but I have a couple of questions before I start working on my project. Firsly, is your theme compatible with Elementor Pro? Also, is it possible to add background videos (without any audio) to sections or content block, if so, are the videos stored locally or can we use YouTube to store them? They must play aytomatically without any visable video controls.
