I want to about elementor and charitable plugin, that both plugin are pro version or free version
1. Are elementor and charitable plugin are free prepacked pro version, or I have to pay extra to use pro version of these plugin
2. Is Charitable plugin support razorpay or payumoney or require to extra for that

Both charitable and elementor is in free version.
You have to buy the pro version to use it. Because the distributors are not allowed to distribute the pro version of the plugins in the theme pack

And you have to use extension of the charitable plugin for the razorpay or payumoney support

hi, i have activated may theme in a laptop which is now permanently not in use, while trying to activate the theme in other laptop, its shows that the theme is already active, please help in activating the theme.

Yes, it is developed. We regularly update our plugin from our upate area. User are able to update pugins from their backen. If their is any update need from theme end in that can we need to update in themeofrest. Other wise user always got upate from their back end. Thank you

This is a mistake, in our xml file our back up plugin history was remain. We will remove that in the future. Skep this error
Hi there, Love the theme but having problems getting it to work due to php issues. I am currently using 5.4, 7.0 and 7.2 and getting fatal error messages. I added a script for the 5.6 version and I’m still getting error messages. Any support with this issue?? Thanks in advance.

Hello, gtmatrix value depend on cache, image compress , js css compress. In our live site we do not the above option . That is why it occur. Our need to purchase charitable addons if you need other than paypal. Thank you

Sorry there is no membership system you need to use any other member ship plugin. You can use cache plugin and auto optimize plugin to compress js , css Thank you
The components added to the theme are incompatible with the theme. It is not nice to sit between the topheader and the footer. Do you think of a solution in this regard. I got the theme but I was not satisfied at all. This theme was really regret ..

I have being trying to install the theme for almost 2 hours now. The plugins could not be installed in bulk so I had to install one at a time. At the end, the site was still very and extremely horrible, I am so angry.
I tried also to install the demo installer but the wordpress installer returned that a valid link was not included in the plugin. I was not able to install the demo nor do anything.
I have also tried to create a ticket but the system rejected purchase code I received after paying for the theme.
I whole expectation is really shaky right.
