I have problem with Elementor, whenever I try to edit it does not open and then asks me to enable safe mode, I deactivated all other plugins and it didn’t work either

I have two questions:

1. How do you change the responsive breakpoints?

2. The theme flashes and glitches when loading between pages. It is particularly noticeable when navigating to a page where I have disabled the page header. It’s like the page header tries to load and then stops creating a flash/glitch. Is there a way to stop this?
