We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I would like to mentioned that right now I haven’t installed any plugins except to Porto recommended plugins which are required installing the them. Well right now I am working on Porto theme and hope I will get better performance with help of your above troubleshooting tips.
Now, I want to create some attribute for filter purpose as following but its not working for same word for Uppercase and Lower case.
For example:
attribute 01: mOhm, Slug: mohm artibute 02: MOhm Slug: m-ohm
here created successfully but in filter only showing above one attribute instead of both. How can I fix this issue. This is highly required for me. Here m is for mili and M for Mega unit in electronics components.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Filteration has been managed and coming from “Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter” plugin. so our Theme does not have any influence on it, You can try to check the plugin behavior with some default Theme Like Twenty Twenty, so you have to Customize the plugin Core files for it Otherwise, use some other letter for the Symbol.

It must be the cache issue at your end so please check once with deactivating all the cache plugins and remove the server, site, and browser cache.

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on the compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site, and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

Hi, there is no option to change Button Color in Search Form. Changing primary theme color doesn’t work for that button. Is there a way to do this? (I’m using shop 35 demo). Please add an option for that in the future update. Thanks.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins and also once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 14/07/2020. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Sorry to say that but there is no such option, you can increase the size of the image by clicking on ”+” only but you can achieve it with a simple trick you can make it disappear using Custom CSS, and then it will work for you like you can check my test site page here:

Thanks for the css. That removed for some reason the + sign though, and enabled clicking on all image area.
Another question please. When a certain thumbnail is selected from the gallery, the preview above it is the correct one. But when i click the image to enlarge, a random lightbox image from the gallery is shown, instead of the selected one.

This Could be because of multiple reasons:
1. You have Imported the products on your site.
2. The Database has not been updated with your Imported Products.
3. Because of the server, site, or browser cache.
So try to check with creating a test product manually and check back with the product that the issue appears with it or not?

That is the main reason, Actually, when you Import the products from CSV or via any mean, it must have to update the values in the database as well, and some plugins update the database and some are not and that creates an issue, so you have to try with any other plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

I am sorry but this is just the Import issue, as it does not update the Database and cache as well, Try to go to WooCommerce >> Status >> Tools and clear the “WooCommerce transients” & “Expired transients” then Regenerate the “Product lookup tables” and also update the database as well “Update database” and finally check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if not then please to reach out to WooCommerce support as this is standard WooCommerce Import issue, not our Theme issue.

I was asking if the theme can allow my buyers/customers (who want to purchase the physical products from my website) to upload an image/text to customize the product. Like a T-shirt site can allow buyers to upload their own design (images). Have I made my question clearly? Can your theme support the feature?

2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.
You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB
If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.
