Привет! У меня вчера произошла такая ситуация, что на сайте с вашей темой по какой то причине изменились стили – поменялся цвет текста, появились новые некорректно отображающиеся иконки https://prnt.sc/v7m3ry добавились некоторый ненужные блоки https://prnt.sc/v7m46i и тд.
Никаких изменений в теме/плагинах не проводилось. В поддержке хостинга сказали, что их вины в этом нет. Может быть вы знаете, в чем может быть причина?
В теме нет таких блоков. Смотрите настройки вашего social share плагина

В какой то момент слетели настройки темы.

Судя по ссылкам, изменился основной цвет темы. Был зеленый http://prntscr.com/v7vcee , стал фиолетовый http://prntscr.com/v7vcq1.
А так же исчез футер.
Но…
Если зайти в настроить, то футер отображается: http://prntscr.com/v7vfol Только копирайт появился который я не добавлял.
Есть у вас мысли по этому поводу?
У вас установлена дочерняя тема в которой есть кастомизация опций темы. Просто заново их добавьте и сохраните.
1.Ну понятно то что я могу еще раз все сделать. Вопрос только в том почему это произошло. Если не разобраться, то это ж может снова все слететь, каждый раз что ли по новому пересоздавать шапку))
2.Не совсем вас понял про дочернюю тему. Объясните чуть подробнее что вы имеете виду под “кастомизация опций темы” и как это может быть связано с этими настройками.
Я дочернюю тему для таких вещей никогда не использовал.
3.И все таки вопрос остался открыты по поводу футера. Он как бы есть, но не отображается на сайте. Это совсем не понятно. Тут прошу вашей помощи в решении проблемы.
я не знаю что вы использовали в дочерней теме и какая версия, и какая версия темы. При установке старых версий (даже если вы потом обновляли) могли слететь опции если вы сохраняли их сначала в theme option а потом в кастомайзере потому что раньше синхронизации не было. В текущей версии есть

А футер делал через костомайзер. При чем тут дочерняя тема? При чем тут версии? Все обновлялось и все работало. А вчера утром бац, и слетело. Ничего при этом не делалось.
Настройки я все эти сделал давно. И не однократно обновлялся. Сейчас стоит предпоследняя версия темы 12.4. Сбой произошел не из-за обновления. Так как ничего не обновлялось.
И я про шапку и настройки проблемы не вижу. Я их пересоздам. Главное что бы снова не слетало.
Мне не понятно что делать с футером. Он же в костомайзере есть, а на сайте нет. Пробовал отключать все плагины, не помогло. Вы можете уже мне помочь с этим или считаете что это проблема не в вашей теме?

I was able to create a Mega Menu it was pretty simple, but I can’t get it to show up where it does on the ReDeal Sample Site. Each time I try to activate the menu it shows up next to the “Logo Menu” (Where it says Cashback & Wishlist).
If you could please let me know what I’m doing wrong I would really appreciate it. I’ve attached a screenshot to better explain as well.

In customizable header, you can choose additional menu. So, you must create separate menu (which differs from your main menu). This new menu must have some short names because they can overflow available space and go down
Hi Sizam, first I would like to thank you for your help, but there is something wrong with the theme. I have reduced the “Logo Menu” down to only 2 letters for each of the menu items and the Menu is still stacked on top of each other.

Thats the problem it shouldnt look like that. Its suppose to look like this

I have flushed all the cache even through my web hosting server but the problem is still the same.
The thing is problem gets solved if i install “Disable Cart Fragments”
But why do i need to install that plugin? There are already several other plugins almost Rehub’s itself 6+ plugins

you need to clean cart cache after each changes in design of cart block or place of cart icon. There is no bug in this, woocommerce saves cart cache to speed up cart widget
I understand but I never faced such issue even if I change design of the cart. Even if I changed cart icon it never happened before.
I googled it and the only possible solution it’s providing me is to install plugin.
Isn’t there any built-in solution for this in Rehub? Theme should be able to handle that by itself. There are already so many plugins it’s unfair to install further more just to get little little features or fix bugs.
Theme doesn’t change core functionality of WooCommerce and this is not allowed by Envato rules
So do I need to reinstall WooCommerce plugin to fix that? There is got to be built in function in the theme to avoid that problem. Or there isn’t any?

We’re trying to implement some filters in the theme. We’ve downloaded the Product Filters bonus widget to use.
The two filters we’d like to implement but cannot figure out how are:
1) Editor Review: all of our products will have an editor review/rating of 1-10 as designed by the theme, and we’d like to add this as a filter on the side. Is that possible please?
2) Dokan Vendor Subcategory: as we’re able to add Subcategories to our sellers, we’d like our users to be able to filter products by type of vendor.

2. Dokan widget has no subcategories. You can write to author and suggest to add it. Xforwoocommerce cant be used on vendor pages
