Our domain has changed. Could you please remove api key?

Hey Guys, how do i find out on which websites my activation code is active ? I want to deactivate the Code on an older website…. How to do so ?

​I’ve been working on a multisite environment since a month ago using your theme, performed the activation without no issues. But today while updating plugins an working on different sites within the network, suddenly I am getting an error stating that my theme is not activated, SO… I proceed to the activation section AGAIN and in fact the code is no longer there, but when I type it in I get the message that my code is being uses in too many installations, which of course is not the case.

How should I proceed? Can you please deregister my domain so I can re-activate the theme again?

By the way: it would be nice to be able to send this type of support inquiries via the support system even when support has expired, since this is not real technical support but rather an issue with your updates. My installation was working just fine and the theme license was already activated.

I have a question. When you have add to cart buttons is it possible to change the look of them? Let’s say i want the last button design showcased in the elements that is with thin font and transparent? Or is that a buy in product view button is a completely different thing and these can not be edited.

My TheGem Import plugin is version 3.9.0 and I am trying to update to 4.5.5.

However, when I click the “update now” button on the plugin, it gives me the green “updated” message.

However, when I refresh the page, the plugin is still at version 3.9.0 and the update button is still there.

I tried to update several times but it still stays at version 3.9.0.

I don’t use that plugin anymore, but I just find it weird that this situation happens.

Please advise!
