Hi,

Is it possible to hide the header on scroll down and show on scroll up?

Thanks!

Hello, @ContentBridges,

Sorry to say that this is not possible with the help of Theme Options as there is no option in the theme for that so this is only possible with the help of customization and we only provide our dedicated support for the Theme Options related issues, not for customization this is beyond our limitations, Hope you can understand our limitations.

This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

Regards, P-THEMES.

No problem, thanks!

Thanks for your understanding.

I have electronics components shop, I searched font awesome icon but not found a single useful icon for my menu item. Please tell me step by step process to use my own .png icons.

Hello, @naurej,

No, Sorry to say that but you can not use the Custom Icons for Menu, you can only use the FontAwesome Icons for Menu as this is the default functionality of the Theme so this requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

Dear Team,

my site error after i update wordpress late version,

Please help

Hello, @imambudianto5,

Please do the following debugging processes one by one I am sure your issue will solve.

|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
V|. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 11/04/2018. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Thanks for your understand.

Hello, I want to purchase this theme but I have two questions. 1. Does it come with the elementor builder plugin or I have to get elementor separately? Also, if it does not come with the plugin, can I use the full features of this theme without paying for an elementor license or I have to have full access to Elementor before gettin to access the full theme capabilities?

2. Does the package come with a language translator plugin or i have to get that privately?

Hello, @fdpages,

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

1. With all the Themes on ThemeForest you will get the Free version of the plugin and yes you can use all the Theme features with that Free version of the plugin bundled with our Theme but if you want to use the plugin Premium features like premium elements or templates then you have to purchase the Premium plugin seperately and this is Envato policy and wrih all the Themes on ThemeForest.

2. If you want to translate your site in any single language then you can use Loco Translate plugin and if you want to translate your site in Multilanguage then you can use WPML plugin as well.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Hello,

Is everything ok with translations after latest theme update? In many cases (wishlist, cart, checkout pages) – I cannot translate buttons and other texts to other than EN language. I hadn’t that problem before an update.

Dear Team,

I am facing the following issue:

When non loggedin user add’s the product to cart, it is getting added to mini cart properly. But when non loggedin user clicks on View cart button or view cart link from mini cart, the user gets redirected to homepage instead of cart page.

The user who is loggedin to website is able to view the cart page properly.

I have configured the woocommerce page in advance tab of woocommerce setting as follows:

Cart page: Cart Checkout page: Checkout My account page: My Account

My ticket number is #105735. It has been more than 21 hours i have raised the ticket. Requesting you to help me to resolve the issue at earliest as we are having launching schedule this week.

Thank you.

I am having issues with the floating filter menu (presumably on the boxed layout?) There are two issues when I am using “horizontal filters 2” and one with the panel in general.

1) the sticky/floating filters menu that appears when you scroll down on a mobile/responsive screen is not contained within the boxed layout – it fills 100% of the screen, not 100% of the layout, like the sticky menu does. You don’t notice on a true phone, but on a tablet / resized computer window, it’s noticeable; https://tinyurl.com/yxucu7n2

2) when you click open the filter menu, there appears to be no close button and clicking outside the box does not close it like it does with the regular side panel menu. The only way it will close is when you click on the “filters” button. https://tinyurl.com/y2nctzqq

and 3) this is technically an issue I’m having both with the filters panel and the menu panel. When they are open, the sticky menu compresses itself down into a squished up version that doesn’t fill the screen/box. I have a site backup running Porto 5.4.6 that isn’t experiencing this problem. https://tinyurl.com/y2nctzqq (filters), https://tinyurl.com/y38nvze7 (menu) and old site without the problem; https://tinyurl.com/y5j2ep52 (5.4.6)

Hello, @AlexBCadillac,

That above provided CSS is working fine on your site for me, and you can turn it OFF from Porto >> Theme Options >> General and turn OFF the “Show Sidebar in Navigation on mobile” and for Mobile Menu, You can change it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Mobile Panel and change Mobile Panel Type as “Default”.

And I am sorry if still you need help then purchase the support extension first and then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Hi – that didn’t really end up doing what I was looking for it to do, so I think I’ll just do a different filter setting and work from there. Thank you for your help all the same – sorry I can’t purchase the support extension, it’s nearly $60 CAD and that’s pretty out of my price range at the moment.

No Problem. Thanks for contacting us.

Hello, when I active the theme, it shows: Warning: Illegal string offset ‘domain’ in /www/wwwroot/terrariumsgarden.com/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 670

Hello, @gg263,

This is not our Theme issue but this is the WordPress Core warnings, If you check the warnings path carefully it is coming from the WordPress Core files.

Cart and Checkout pages are not looking right. How to fix this? See image https://ibb.co/b36b1P0

Hello, @Jettools,

Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> General and change the Breadcrumb Layout as Boxed and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Sorry for the inconvenience but you are right, we have updated the design of the Woo pages in our latest update of the Theme.

Updated: the design of Cart, Checkout, Order Complete, Wishlist, Myaccount, and Login pages are Clearly written in the changelog: https://postimg.cc/rzTCzDY1

So this is the default design now and you can change it using Custom CSS as per your requirements.

Regards, P-THEMES.

I did that but it didnt solve the problem. Checkout and Cart pages breadcrumbs are still not looking correct. When i go to theme options everything looks correct as in this image: https://ibb.co/LPLBc10 but after saving my cart and checkout pages are still looking incorrect like in this image: https://ibb.co/qdrMNTd

How to solve the registration issue? I’m getting “Purchase Code is not valid!!!” error message Purchase date : 2020-11-01 13:40:00 UTC

Hello, @ki-themes,

Have you purchased the Porto WordPress theme? If yes, then please contact us through your theme purchase account to get the free support for Porto WordPress theme.

Regards, P-THEMES.

No worries, it was a temporary issue. After an hour, I was able to register the theme. I believe the system does work with cron jobs to get the latest updates/changes from Envato or some other issue.

Sound’s Great!!!

Please, disable my Purchase Code.

Hello, @tex02,

I am not able to find your purchase code in our DB with your Envato name, so please share your purchase code with us via our support system so that we will check/verify and reset it for you.

Regards, P-THEMES.

Thanks for your understand.

Hello. I bought a theme. Used it on one domain, then deleted it. And I want to use it on another domain. But on the new domain, the Purchase Code does not make the theme active. This is due to the fact that it was on a different domain. I am not planning on using two copies. I bought one copy and will use one copy. However, I want to change the domain of use. Is it possible?

Hello, @mig-ua,

I have reset your purchase code, now you can use the same purchase code for registration of your theme.

Regards, P-THEMES.
