Hi Guys. I have an issue here with the restaurant theme, suddenly I cant change tekst, And yes I think I’ve checked the . tags but cant seem to find out why this is happening I cant change my clients website now. Try it yourself, if you change on the welcome (Home Page) to edit the tekst on the right side of the middle slider, after changing tekst and you click save it will remove everything. This part is where its going wrong: Amazing meals & great entertainment

I just bought this theme. I installed the demo version but it is not complete. ;-( the installation stops when it is half through and does not continue.

I bought a fitness plugin that was promoted with one of the enfold themes and I want to apply, the question would be, in order to use that theme and run my site where I sell workout plans to people for money, do I have to buy a regular license or an extended license?

You can purchase a regular license for that. Many people are using Enfold to sell their products and services. Extended license would be necessary if the product you sell included Enfold. You can read more about licenses here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Hi, I spent yesterday updating my website that uses the Enfold theme. I did this by creating a private token through https://build.envato.com/my-apps/, connecting it to the Enfold theme settings itself in WordPress, connecting it to the Envato Market Plugin in WordPress. This was working yesterday but now I no longer see the Enfold theme but I only see the other themes I purchased except Enfold. What happened? It worked just fine yesterday but then disappeared today. Please help…Thanks!

Please can you assist – our company has taken over a site and the theme is needing to updated. We are currently unable make any changes on the site as a result. Are you able to let us have the zip file to reload the theme – assuming you can verify that the theme was legitimately purchased?

Unfortunately, we are not able to validate a purchase without a license therefore we cannot share the theme with you. That is against the agreement we have with Envato as well.
The only way to receive full support and have access to theme files is by having access to ThemeForest account which was used when purchasing the license. Please contact previous developers and ask them to update the theme for you. If that is not going to be possible, I am afraid your client may need to purchase a new license.

Hi there, I love your theme and have been using it without too many issues for 2 years now. However, since the recent updates to Wordpress, the Woo Commerce plug ins and the Enfold theme it is causing major issues. My hosting company has had to back up to an insecure PHP so as to not display errors on the front end.Most of the other issues I have been able to trouble shoot. However when I came back to review the latest updates to the theme and saw that it doesn’t support WooCommerce 4.6.2 which is the current version. EEK! Could be my issue. I know this is a hugely popular plug in so I’m hoping you have a fix. They had to revert back to PHP 7.0. I do run an online business so security is vital. Feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi, Just bought this theme and uploaded a demo unfortunately when I try to save I get an error message saying “Saving didn’t work reload the page”. I reload the page and in fact it didn’t save. Also, I’m trying to edit the homepage but the theme keeps thinking and nothing appears on the page. I tried to contact support as per Envato instruction and didn’t find where to send a message, there was only a registration to the forums which I also tried but didn’t find an option to put a username and password.

Once again like I said in the my message above I already sent you a message through your pre-sales form which you reply asking the same thing, to send you the login details and URL after logging in to the forum… How many time do I have to say that I don’t have and cannot get logging details to your forum. To be honest I’m tired of the ping pong messaging that’s getting no where. You’re giving the same instruction and not reading my messages in the meantime I’m waisting precious time without even being able to start the website!
Im trying to create a post and for some reason there are no formatting elements and the text appears in white so I cant read it when I do type content ?
In fact it seems to be stuck on ‘Text’ rather than ‘Visual’

Hello, I have a problem with the cookies. I updated my webiste url and the third party cookies like “disable/enable google maps” are note saved. It worked before but I don’t know what should I do? it saved the nessesary default cookies but not the others. Any Idea?

Hi, this morning I updated PHP to version 7.4 and then I also updated the theme. I immediately encountered a serious error … I could no longer access the site’s control panel, so I went back to the previous version of the theme.
Does your theme not support php 7.4? How can I use your updated theme without problems?
Now I can access the control panel of the site, but the Theme dashboard is not visible … in practice the whole section of the theme options has disappeared (and now I can’t even modify the pages with the advanced layout generator. .. It does not work anymore!)
Please tell me how to solve the problem? I still have 3 months of support included with my purchase.

You have mentioned that you have updated the theme but that issue usually occurs on older version of Enfold. Could you please try re-updating the theme to 4.7.6.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and start a thread on our support forum – http://kriesi.at/support if that does not help and attach FTP and WP logins in private content field?
